Dr. Alan Brad of Texas has been turned in by an Arkansas man who has no relation to the case to collect a $10,000 dollar bounty for reporting any person assisting in helping a woman to have an abortion which was until recently was legal in Texas.

Texas Doctor Says He Performed an Abortion in Defiance of New State Law.

It is time to boycott Texas businesses for it's antidemocratic and misogynists behavior.

So you support the right for a mother to murder her own child?

There is plenty of people who want to adopt so there is no need for this sick practice of killing babies to continue.

Abortion is a problem that needs to be fixed. I support Texas doing this.

Why do you believe you should be able force a woman, who doesn't want a child, to carry a baby to term? It's easy for you to say they should but it's another thing to have to actually do it.
And while my wife and I would not have ever had an abortion we both support people having the ability to make their own CHOICE. It's amazing to me that people feel they should be able to dictate what others should do.

Oh wait. These are Texas based companies. I see. So their only crime is geography?
    Why not take it further?
Texas is a state, which is part of a country which is part of planet earth.
I think we should boycott everything.
I love liberal logic. It’s so amazing and makes sooooo much sense.

The only store on that list used by us, and by 'us' I mean my wife, is The Container Store. She loves that store so we will not be boycotting it. Then again, we aren't boycotting type anyway.

So is government interference in ones right to bodily autonomy bad now? I am losing track since the same gov wants to compel me to consume a rushed pharm product and deny me my right to defend my body with a firearm.

So how many of these Texas companies have you boycotted? Do you notify each company that you are boycotting telling them it is because they have head offices in the state? What is it you want them to do? Do you ask them to move? What are your demands of them?

I don't have to do anything, but avoid these businesses listed. Also, many home repair contractors are ran out of Texas. Make sure to check the company's headquarters before purchase.

In 2000 I cancelled by cable tv service to avoid supporting Fox News. I have saved over $20,000 dollars in those 21 years which otherwise could have gone to Comcast! Also, I have boycotted Home Depot for the last five years do to its CEO's efforts to defund Social Security. I would rather pay more at other businesses. When I go grocery shopping, I keep a list of products like "Frito-Lay" to avoid.

If you don't tell them why you are boycotting them, how do you expect to promote change? If you have no demands, there is nothing they can do to help you achieve your goal?

Must be hell for you to go shopping. “Hey hunny, that looks good….oh wait! That’s on the boycott list, quick, put it back on the shelf!”
I’m sure your boycotting is making a YUGE difference

It must be exhausting having to keep track of all these companies you boycott.

Not likely. I think the companies are going to assume a lot of other things before they consider it is due to them being based in Texas.

Government interference made abortions legal and these people complaining now had no problem with it then.

Then who does take care of the excess children? There are more abortions per year than people wanting to adopt. Will we end up with the “baby farms” of the late 1800’s that saw babies murdered en mass

All making abortions legal does is stop women from dying. Making abortions illegal will not stop abortions. It does not even significantly reduce the numbers. What it does do is open a very lucrative illegal trade and one that is often part of organised crime

Now ask yourself - what motivation is so powerful that a woman would risk death and mutilation?

Legal abortion is the result of no government interference.

Im all about boycotting ...but what is the basis for boycotting these companies for a law passed by the state? Did I miss the citation evidencing their support of the law?
