Did I not hear those test are now deemed barely 'accurate' at all?

    Yes, false negatives.
    False positives.
    Misidentifying flu as COVID.
    Etc.

One of the first changes that the Biden administration made was to reduce the threshold number of "cycles" that the PCR tests were subjected to to identify COVID. The test takes some genetic material and spins it around and around with your mucous sample until some of the parts match up. When they do, a luminescent marker lights up and they announce "You've got COVID". Turns out, the more you spin the stuff together, the larger the chance that small fragments of random stuff trigger the luminescent markers and result in a positive test.

Then, asymptomatic COVID patients were getting negative results yet still carrying and potentially spreading the virus.

Most likely, the death counts and case numbers everyone is quoting are off significantly and nobody is dealing with real numbers of anything right now.

The ''official'' line of info keeps changing faster than the weather on a Fl summer afternoon.....and they wonder why people are skeptical? Instead of face that reality, they just blame the bad orange man

And that wasn't the only policy Biden changed. What counts as a COVID death now is different, too. Jen Psucki announced that change early on. If you committed suicide and tested positive for COVID, or was eaten by a shark and your pinky toe washed up on the beach and tested positive for COVID - that was a COVID death under Trump. Biden reversed that, too.

If leftists want to mandate the vaccines, the FIRST thing they have to do is get their leaders to stop lying and stop playing games with the numbers. How anyone can think that this builds trust is beyond me.

But I can read…. Any data you are reading about unvaccinated people being the problem from the CDC is the FACT that the CDC quit monitoring the vaccinated breakthrough cases in May… so the only biased data they will put out does not include vaccinated breakthrough cases, which definitely growing….

No one said it was 'supposed to kill you' only that it could. That isn't crying wolf, that is being cautious and responsible.
A friend of mine died of Covid --one of the over 600,000 in America that have died because of Covid. Excuse me if I don't take you seriously.

So will people die every year. In fact 2017 was worse than 2020. If governments keep screwing around with gain of function like they are now with a SARS virus that has a 15% mortality rate this could happen again but much much worse.

Your ire is misguided to believe the unvaccinated are a problem.

Your body already does what the alleged vaccines do now but better and for free. The biggest indicator that the virus will take hold or the vaccines will not work is the health of your immune system. That is taken care of by diet. Low vitamin D or zinc are indications of a compromised immune system.

You want to save lives? Get people to take care of their immune systems.

I exercise and maybe not always eat right but I have not had a cold or a flu since 2009 and would bet my immune system is working pretty well.

One of the biggest indicators of virus mortality is obesity and a huge percent of Americans are mildly or severely obese. The complications of obesity increase with age.

Taking an experimental treatment that skipped animal trials and only had abbreviated early clinical trials for something that failed to make it to market in previous iterations of experiments should ONLY be voluntary and the recipients should be informed of ALL possible risks including the risk of ADE since there are ZERO long term knowns due to lack of long term controlled studies and the rush to market.

This has nothing to do with Trump. What a weak comeback.

Tell us again why you believe it is your right to help spread a deadly disease.

Psssst! I hate to tell you this but covid is now resistant to the vaccines since the arrival of the delta strain. If we talk about vaccines then we aren't talking about your life. Contracting and surviving delta infections is now the only way to have immunity. The vaccines are already obsolete.

There are plenty of groups pushing for better diets. And the gov should as well, but you can't force people to eat better. But, when DeBlasio tried to improve the diet of NewYorkers, boy did they bellyache against that.
The vaccines, due to the pandemic, were fast tracked. There was no time for animal trials. You must consider the circumstance.

You have to volunteer for the vaxx, you are not forced. There are enough who have taken it now hundreds of millions, that mandating is reasonable, given the results. Mandating gives a choice, it's not the same thing as forcing.

I do agree about informing of the risks, but the odds should be presented, as well.

given that 99.999% (per CDC ) of deaths are occurring to unvaccinated, were it not for that fact, I might agree with you.

Can you point to a credible study that counters that claim?

Vaccinated people can spread the disease, too. So vaccination gives you the right to spread disease?

Are you going to mandate it next year, too, for people who got it this year, like the flu "vaccine"?

There is no way to avoid spreading the disease other than living alone in a cave. Vaccinated people and naturally immune people spread it as well as unvaccinated people.

The majority of healthy people getting the vaccine would not get sick in the first place so the statistics are not proof to begin with. The current spike among the vaccinated prove that the vaccine does not stop transmission.

It may help in the short term or it may make it worse in some cases in the vaccinated due to ADE since no long term studies were done and the unintended things may take months or years to show up.

Empirical evidence is the mother of science. What we have now is not science, it's totalitarian political politics.

The "science" can't tell us much of anything about how to get rid of COVID.

The fact is we can’t no more than any other respiratory virus.

The decline in the spikes drop as fast as they rise naturally without any measures. The new rise nationally is probably due to delta but appears to be less deadly. It too will drop as fast as it rose.

Lambda is poking its head up in Louisiana, but because the governor there is Democrat, it's not a story at all, according to the leftists.

Lambda started in South America. Delta in India. Vaccinating 100% of the population of the US would have stopped neither. But Biden favors COVID from South America.
