Russians sent to fight on the front lines are mutinying, fighting amongst themselves, getting locked in basements and lost in the chaos of a faltering offensive, a flurry of videos and messages from inside Vladimir Putin’s army show.

Recently mobilised soldiers are refusing orders to face “certain death” by joining “human wave” attacks that they say are destroying entire units at a time.

Some are appealing directly to Putin in desperate videos, while others are standing up to Kremlin officials sent to quell the rebellion.

Let's see some proof of that.
1). blitzkrieg only denotes hard and fast illegal strike invasions such as the Yankees in Irak so you cannot use that as "proof".
2). Russia hasn't committed any genocide at all in Ukraine so you cannot use that as "proof" either.

It doesn't look like you can support your claims in the slightest. Maybe you need to reconsider your tactic?

The tougher the rhetoric of the Russian regime, the more starkly obvious the contrast between its words and actions. Expectations of President Vladimir Putin’s recent state-of-the-nation address were high enough for it to be broadcast live by international media. The Russian president tried to live up to the hype by threatening to conduct nuclear tests, among other things. Nevertheless, the impact fell short of his apparent intentions, and the address quickly disappeared from the news agenda.

Nor did the first anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine on Feb. 24 bring the escalation that had been feared. Moscow’s radical rhetoric failed to materialize into mega-strikes on Ukrainian territory or any other major developments.

The Kremlin’s words and deeds had parted ways long before the February anniversary. The explosion on the Crimean Bridge at the start of October prompted speculation over impending retaliation, and many expected Putin to respond by declaring martial law on Oct. 19. That did happen, but it was partial, only applied to certain territories, and was soon forgotten.

Can Muskovy make it another year or will it all fall apart when this offensive fails to take even the city of Bakhmut? Will the Ukrainian counteroffensive with superior weaponry see the invasion force fall apart entirely? It's certainly a fact that Muscovy lacks the firepower and manpower to make significant gains, let alone hold them and force an end to this conflict on their terms.

An amphibious infantry fighting vehicle could be very useful with all of the river crossings involved. Also a great use for something France has already retired.

At the end of February, Antony Blinken, the US secretary of state, visited the Kazakh capital, Astana, to meet his counterparts from all five Central Asian republics before heading to Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. Kabanov saw a direct connection, commenting that “anti-Russian rhetoric has moved to a new level” since the visit.

Washington is certainly eager to isolate Moscow, but Central Asia is not a priority and it has few illusions about what it can achieve there. As a US official involved with Blinken’s visit put it, “we’re not looking to make any big promises but really just capitalise on the very real discontent [with Moscow] we’re encountering across the region”.

To other Russians, Beijing is equally to blame. As one well-connected political analyst put it on social media, “our Chinese ‘friends’ have long wanted to replace us in Central Asia, and now they are leaping at the opportunity”.
