How about when women/girls report someone with a penis in their private space, IE: Bathroom, showers etc, that person with a penis goes to jail. You know, like how it used to be done. Know what else is Common Sense? In order to play physical sports you have to get a check up done by an approved physician. Guess who pays that physician? Not the player. When doing a physical if a doctor can't tell what is and isn't a penis then they shouldn't be a doctor. Guess what else doctors can tell? If you've had surgery done to alter yourself. And if you think HIPPA comes into play...it doesn't. Its called consent forms and you must sign one to release your medical data that the approved doctor gets from you. Some are even generalized enough to be able to get your whole medical history.

Your article makes it out like the participant that is being disputed must undergo one of those 3 things at the time, or after the dispute is levied. In plain fact however the person just has to have a signed statement from a physician. IE: When the participant goes through the normal exam process that all sports participants have to go through those first 2 things are already checked for reasons of physical fitness requirements they will already have a signed statement from a physician.

 

I have stated multiple times that concerning bathrooms, let them go to whatever one they want but if they go flashing their junk around they should be charged with sex crimes. That’s both sexes.

Extremes is all that you can ever point to. "Intersex", a condition that is in roughly 0.0012% of the entire population. And even among those there is a distinct side that they tend towards. Its never presented equally male/female. One of the genders always dominates the other. That is what they go by. Doctors and parents have been making that decision for longer than either of us have been alive. There is no need to change an entire society based on 0.0012% of the population.

Oh and if they don't get to play on the sports team that they want? Too bad. Life is not fair. Lots of people don't get to play on the teams that they want. Deal with it. Its a part of life.

If I understand this correctly, 4 girls were taking a shower either after PE or in connection with sports and someone else decided to shower with them and this person was not connected to either PE or in connection with sports. I would be against this if this person was the same sex as the showering individuals, let alone if the person was from the opposite sex. There is something seriously wrong here.

 

Maybe some kind of political set up?
