Trucker Convoy Laps DC On Beltway To Protest COVID Mandates

There are lots of them. I don't think those protesters officially highlighted which ones specifically. Although of course some are more egregious than others.

There are not that many left now..........so their timing is off . and rather meaningless..

It might be more responsible for them to continue working as things are starting to recover from the pandemic......

If they did this 6 months ago, people like you would just have said "It is still too early".

 

I know several that are state backed meaning Biden would have little say over. The CDC had already relaxed all but the most heavily impacted areas.

Edit: Just read an article saying that it has basically turned into another trump cult rally. That is why their demands are so vague. Likely their funding / narrative has been due to the sanctions against Russia.

 

Those mandates were in place because of a serious public health problem........ and it it up to the appropriate professionals to decide when i tis time to remove them........

Protesters d o not decide PUBLIC HEALTH POLICY............... and yes....it has been a long time..........but this virus has been a challenge...........and we have lost a lot of people to it.

No one is saying they shouldn't protest. They can protest all they want. ......as long as they are not destructive ........as that takes away from any message they might have.

 

I would expect: vaccine mandates, mask mandates, and travel restrictions.

This kind of massive popular protest should have happened on day one of these stupid mandates. Our economy was been severely damaged, small businesses have been bankrupted, and our children used as tools against us. It's not enough that the mandates are finally being lifted, our government needs to be punished, bureaucrats need to be in prison.

Agreed, at least 90% of the nation has lifted the mask mandate, and long haul truckers would rarely need them when the mandate was in place. They seem more like attention whores.
