Authoritarian villain masks, Authoritarian fences, Authoritarian legions of soldiers. No filthy serfs to threaten the aristocracy. A bunch of very guilty-eyed Dukes and Counts, reminiscent of Robber Knights. I think Nicholas II probably did a better job of persuading the people of his sovereignty, and we all know how that turned out.

On the contrary, I like the authoritarian corporate crony state being shown for what it is in front of millions of viewers.
