We have a general idea of what the charges are. However, he will surrender and be arraigned. You cannot appeal that generally. What Trump may insist is privacy and assurances that the mug shot photo will not be leaked and a few other items. But that is it.

But coming Tuesday when he is arraigned, we will know precisely because the judge has already ordered that the indictment be made public by the very same judge that Trump is trying to discredit.

 

I would suggest you read penal code 175.10. All elements of 175.05 must be met, the misdemeanor, but the felony is the intent to obtain a benefit. That is not twisting anything. That is what the State Legislature added in the early 2000s.

 

Yes, he should just shut up and so should his Lawyer Tacopina (sp.) You do not win these cases out in the public arena.
