Yes. The CWA. ( Make work jobs which were meaningless) The unconstitutional National Recovery Administration. (Price fixing) Social Security (Government Ponzi scheme) WPA ( making the government the largest employer in the United States) FSA ( Agriculture control by Uncle Sam) Puerto RICO Recovery ACT ( The first bail out of many or the establishment of a welfare state for Puerto Rico) Wagner Act ( establishment of class warfare by the government against businesses)

I can see your a die hard Sanders guy, so, we will just have to agree to disagree. I'm pretty sure America is not ready for socialism quite yet. Then again, you never know.

I only go by what I see and hear. Bernie and his wife may get their ideal paradise of equal utopia where everyone is equal. I think there is a jail cell awaiting both of them.

Do you really feel you need to make up crap like that to assign to those with whom you disagree?

I do believe there is more solid evidence in the Sanders case than in the Trump case. I'm not saying Jane is guilty but if she isn't I would say she showed very poor judgement. She should have called Donald; he would have told her it was a bad deal.

P.S. I like your dog. Scottish Terrier ? I have a Cairn terrier and the picture of my avatar is my other a Walker Tree Hound. (Abby)

Yup. Caitie, our Scottish Terrier. Cairns are great. Heck, they're all great. Even my extremely hyper chihuahua mix.

Are you suggesting we move to a system that creates the most poverty, and has failed miserably the 38 times it was tried in history?

Same here. So quote something you've heard or seen from Bernie that substantiates any of the nonsense you've spewed here so far. It's not like he's been hiding it from easy internet access all these years. He's our nation's most popular political figure by far mainly because practically everyone recognizes now that he's a straight shooter and always has been. Walks what he talks. Long record for you to confirm that or cherry pick from. So go ahead. Give it your best shot. Or just keep talking baloney. I don't care. I wasn't born yesterday. I'm well aware many here only pretend to value fact and reason. Been managing quite well with that "reality" seemingly all my life.

...it would be because you knew something fundamental about Marxism.

Don't pretend to have any sense of what I know. I began organizing as a Marxist 45 years ago, young fella. You didn't. And I'll show you that you don't know the realities about socialism.

I cannot agree with that statement. It's obsolete. Socialism is worker ownership and control of the means of production. That is the essence of "the dictatorship of the proletariat". And it is what Marx also wrote about. But when the state owns the means of production and directs their production, the relationship of worker to manager remains unchanged, so it isn't worker control and it isn't socialism. The centralized approach of state ownership was tried in Russia and China as an interim structure to (hopefully) lead to the transition of ownership and control by workers. That would then be socialism, but it never happened. Only state capitalism resulted.

That was the early attempt at socialism and it failed. Therefore your quoted statement is obsolete and actually false, since it does not produce the conditions of socialism.

    Just say my what?

And we know you have no idea in the slightest as to what you're talking about.

If you loved America you would stand on the side of its people instead of its corporations and the rich, greedy corporate elite.

I think "ways he is advancing class warfare" is pretty over the top. Seems just like a list of policies you don't like.

I personally think the class warfare rhetoric has been much lower than under Obama. Being a business owner almost felt like a bad thing

Notice "being investigating" - accusations, no findings. So in response to a challenge to not desperately fling poop,... Surprise! More flung poop!

Communism? No worries. Communism will not be a threat to you, ever. Do you realize there are already a bit over 1,000 worker cooperatives in the U.S.? Do you know what a "worker cooperative" is? Do you know anything about the Mondragon Corporation which has nearly 100,000 workers, has it's own university, its own bank, has never laid off a worker in 60 years due to economic downturns, and partners with GM and Microsoft?

Yeaaahhhhh, no class warfare....... until the working class objects to the attacks on our income, our air, our water, our freedoms, our standard of living... and then all of a sudden it's the working class that is guilty of "class warfare" because they objected, eh?

These are all based off your opinion, which is fine. You should vocally support your ideals.

But during the Obama years we were constantly told how evil rich were on TV, over and over and over and over again. That rhetoric doesn't help anyone and has been a very frustrarting tactic by the Democratic party in the last decade.

That is awesome! I would love to have a separate system that people with your ideals would feel more comfrotable in. I actually have brought this up with liberal friends if they would be happy to have this alternative that is semi absent from capitalism.

But that doesn't mean we should bleed that into typical american life, that isyour belief, the vast majority of the country disagrees

I'm just interested in the facts and truth. The "evil rich" can create plenty of problems for us, and do. -Fact and truth.

You recited the talking points well. But don't understand them.

Why would unions want non-union members voting at all? This has been one of the HUGE complaints of unions.

I see no reason why companies have to give unions all the personal information about their employees. That is a violation of privacy of the employees. I don't think employers should even be allowed to give out ANY personal information about employees except the IRS and, circumstantially, the police.

The union does not have to give companies the names of all their employees. Nor do I see any reason why companies have to give unions the information of consultants they hire. Unions do not have to give such information to companies.
