Y'all sit here and cry about how oh Trump is arguing he can kill people and he's immune cause he was president.

YALL ALREADY ARGUED FOR THAT TO BENEFIT OBAMA

What's the problem??? You had a president who ACTUALLY murdered an American citizen with a targeted assassination without due process and yall said it was fine.

So imma ask again. What's the problem?

What an absurd attempt at an analogy.

States run their own elections. States DO NOT govern executive orders. This is why Trump being on a ballot is murky, while a State attempt to regulate the Presidency is not murky.

    Jesus.

"Find me 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have."

Yep. He was just trying to help. LOL!

    Not really.

The argument Trump's lawyers made in court was that the POTUS can have a political opponent assassinated without facing criminal prosecution if he hasn't been impeached first.

So which states did he call to make sure the Biden votes were all counted? How about any other candidates but himself?

False. The original question the judge asked was could he just go and assassinate his political opponent. Trumps attorney said no as that would be purely private conduct. So then the judge has to come up with a question that puts it in the context of it being within the scope of his presidential duties. So she asked the question about seal team 6 because giving them an order means it's within the context of his presidential duties.

He and his spokespeople called for signature verification audits several times which would have done exactly that.

You will listen to the audience again.

    You are missing some elements.

In any case, Trump will be rejected by SCOTUS.

    Hmmm.

I think I'd rather let a judge sort this out as opposed to the orange koolaid guzzlers out there.

    No, they have not.

No President has ever been given immunity for plotting to overthrow the government and install himself as dictator.
