    Biden wants to ban guns that are clearly protected by the second Amendment
    Biden's DOJ has been weaponized as has the FBI
    there is a major free speech case involving the NRA that both the NRA and the ACLU are on the same side in. Democrats are trying to force banks not to do business with gun dealers

    that violates all sorts of constitutional protections

    BTW the ACLU does not support the individual rights (the standard model-the correct version) interpretation of the second amendment and even they know the Democrats are violating free speech
