I think the debates is where Trump will shine. To not debate is a mistake.

I believe the candidates should compete for our votes, with the best Plan.

Please name me a Democrat since the 1970s who has been a KKK Grand Wizard. Thanks.
Because if you have to go so far back in history to make a point that is supposed to reflect on the here and now, then something is wrong with your argument...

I agree with your statement, very strongly.

As you well know, the first two of those accusations were made by a woman marketing her book and have not been verified by any responsible source. It's par for the course for irresponsible people to quote other irresponsible people.

Wasn't it Donald Trump who ate a taco bowl in honor of the Cinco de Mayo?

yo, baby. a superior argument has to be respected on its merits, especially in a superior Court.

we all know what happens when someone Only has an inferior argument to bring to a superior Court.

How can you be "virtually certain" that he will refuse to debate? If he does, he will be excoriated by the press and the Clinton campaign. I bet he shows up for the first one, gets his ass kicked then whines that the moderators are picking on him. Then he may decide to skip the other two in which case everybody will see him as the gutless loudmouthed bully he is.

You realize that these debates aren't won or lost on policy, but on perceived strength and zingers, right? These debates are typically above the typical swing voter's head. If Hillary tries to outsmart Trump on understand policy she risks losing the audience and allowing Trump to better relate to the audience.

    What is Trump's battle plan?

To answer every question with some sort of ad hominem insult?

Robert Byrd. Leftist hero. Never once was it asked how many people he lynched. I bet you gotta be pretty hard core to become a grand wizard.

to point out that Hillary is selling Obama's stale 2008 and 2012 slogans which have failed in the last 8 years.... Hillary will be in big trouble as every one of her promises or suggestions will be met with "why hasn't it been done in the past 8 years of the Obama administration?" and there just isn't a good answer to that question.

The media wasn't calling Clinton out for her extended absence, or for declining requests for interviews. Trumps presence, and indeed his absence, dramatically affected network viewership. Let HRC generate her own media buzz ... Wall st. can afford the airtime.

It might be his best option. Because he's clearly going to get exposed as an idiot when there are serious questions asked, especially about foreign policy.

He's going to attack her on Iraq, trade, Benghazi, removing Gaddafi in Libya, emails, etc. He's going to correctly attack Obama's economic record as one that hasn't grown the middle class or increase wages and claim Clinton wants to follow the same policies. There's plenty of ammunition for Trump over the course of 2 hours. He's got to come out swinging and take control over the moderators like Romney did in that first debate, but unlike Romney, carry it through all 3 debates.

No surprise that the soft coward would be afraid to debate Hillary in front of everyone. He knows how badly she will make him look.

This won't be like the (cough-cough) "press conference" he had the other day where all the reporters microphones were turned off so you could't hear the actual questions being asked...allowing donna j tramp {idiotic moron vagina that he is} to simply recite prepared talking points... and he still stuck his foot in his mouth - BIGTIME!

He will go down in history as one of the really sad low points in American history even after he loses and has to go face the music of liens and lawsuits that have been stalled off for years.

I think if he does debate her, it could be even worse. Memorizing a few vanilla phrases to get through a debate a la Sara Palin won't be possible for trump.

Trump obviously doesn't have a foreign policy record to run on, but Hillary's foreign policy record is defined by her vote for the Iraq War and overseeing a proliferation of Islamic terrorism in the Middle East. The world was safer before she started getting power.

Jimmy Carter was head and shoulders above Ronald Reagan in knowledge of policy. We all know how that worked out.

Palin isn't even in the same stratosphere as Trump in terms of intelligence. Palin is a complete ditz and Trump is a marketing genius.

Agreed. His marketing is so good, he fooled an entire party into supporting him. The debates will get into specific matter of policy, of which trump has no interest. She will make him look like the fool he is.

Apparently Trump is upset that two of the debates are on at the same time NFL games are on. You can't write these kind of scripts if you tried.

He got through other debates with multiple candidates by being the loudest and most obnoxious voice in the room. Winning a primary debate means dominating the post debate buzz, good or bad.

Outrageous statements get him press that his opponants didn't get.

That won't happen with only one opponant.
