It's been said a GJ can be convinced to indict a ham sandwich. Put that ham sandwich on the plate of a city dominated by Democrats and you can bet on an indictment being handed down.

Since you still don’t know what the charges are you are simply speculating

The intolerant and hateful Trumpophobes are out in force today celebrating what they think will cause misery to a fellow American. It’s sad that their lives suck so much that they are joyous in the potential suffering of a human being.

I hate to break it to you haters, but he’s not going to jail and a judge just might toss the case as he should.

So you think he’s innocent and broke no laws in this matter?

How about it's been leaked about for a couple of weeks now. I'm going by what the press has been reporting.

The statue of limitations had run out on that felony. We have such statute of limitations for a purpose in our system of justice. Is this equal application of the law? Equal process?

To elevate to a felony he has to charge him with a another stage crime.

Is that not true. What other felony is associated with the matter? If it is an attempt to bootstrap it to a federal election law violation, one both the FEC and DOJ, investigated and found no crimes to charge would you agree the indictment should we quashed by a judge?

You really don't see this as being totally politically driven and an abuse of power by this local prosecutor?

If he goes to prison will they let his make-up artist and hair stylist in to see him? If not, I wonder if seeing an obese, pale, elderly white man with a bald spot on top of his head, wearing an orange jump suit, will pierce the aura of the powerful man behind the curtain for members of The Following?

If he’s innocent (nobody seems to be claiming that) I hope he wins. If the law says it should be tossed, I hope it is. If he’s guilty, I hope he’s convicted. Don’t you agree with all of that?

Obama and Clinton were fined for campaign violations, the FEC didn’t even do that with Trump.

I just hope that a new religion or a new sect of Christianity emerges that is dedicated to worship of Donald Trump as the anointed one, as he described himself at least once. Might as well make it official.

Not sure it’s FEC charges, we don’t know yet. And theirs were mistakes, not a conspiracy to defraud.

You should be careful speaking of Biden like that. Democrats who leave the plantation have a nasty habit of being suicided.

Is it going to be another red squirt?

We have seen how easy it is to counter ron with his failures to attack a private company because they dared to speak against him.

I could be wrong but I don’t think we will ever see him as president after his little fascist show his is putting on in the retirement village.

If you think the DA is not aware of the law then you are kidding yourself. Given the nature of the alleged crime and the former POTUS, there is no doubt in my mind that this was very carefully litigated and will result in a conviction. For what crime exactly is unknown to me and you don't know either so let's just wait and see shall we?

No, because two government entities, experts and professional, already cleared him and democrats kept trying and trying until they found lay people who would indict. You know the saying about the ham sandwich.

If the statute of limitations on the minor business reporting violation ran out years ago do you think that matters or should that be ignored and he be prosecuted even if some new legal theory has to be made up simply because it is Trump?

So even if he’s guilty, he should get away with it because someone else didn’t charge him?

No, if the law doesn’t work how the da thinks, it should be thrown out. Although I find most stature of limitation laws to be idiotic.
Now are you gonna answer my question?
