Since they didn't hold a vote when she announced and started the impeachment inquiry, their committee never was given the power
of subpoena by the house or the power to hold an impeachment inquiry when they started.
30 days later, after the hearings started they figured it out and held a vote.
But unfortunately their subpoenas sent out prior had no power.

yet have no services or products provided to these foreign nationals.

Coupled with catching Joe Biden lying about his involvement with Hunters oligarch business partners, they decided to now hold an
impeachment inquiry into Joe Bidens involvement which was voted on yesterday before beginning any hearings on impeachment.
