If you knew anything about foreign national investments into the US, you would know Hunter would have had to file to manage those funds, or at least the company managing those funds. But when you can't provide SEC filings showing amounts under management, names of the auditors, bank accounts hosting the funds, and the names of the corporate investors, and simply pay your family members, you are laundering money.

It doesn't matter what the document says at all since they didn't formalize their SEC qualifications and decided to just disperse millions to family members without a single filing. Thats called money laundering.

Im just showing what they did, I have no idea if they followed all the laws or even what they are.

 

All Hunter and his uncle did was take control of the company and use it (and others) to funnel money through to try and hide the transfers thinking that moving the money to a host of other accounts would get lost in the money trail.
It usually works when nobody is looking. You wouldn't be able to track all this without account numbers and wiring documents.
But a group of investigating bankers caught on, and provided their information so the committee could subpoena the proper accounts to get a total of monies moved around
and who they were being dispersed too.

If Hunter thinks he has problems now with his 9 indictments for tax fraud, his problems have only started. And so will anyone else who capitalized on those funds.
Which is why the impeachment inquiry is now established because there is no product or services listed, regulated, approved, or established with the SEC to accept 20 million from foreign nationals then disperse it to family members.
