    All of it is. I've repeatedly appealed to the Constitution and to the Electoral Count Act during my time on the forums. Trump and his allies have applied no legal knowledge at all.

    My case is that the proposals that Trump and his team supported blatantly violated the Constitution and the ECA. Trump was advised on this, by the way. "But he's an idiot" isn't a real excuse.

    That's the opinion of the Constitution and the ECA. "But baby Donny sad" isn't a defense against what the law actually says. Trump has no legal case. And his defense for his crimes is worse than just personal opinion.

    The Constitution says that the VP's role is to open the EC votes and that Congress is to count them. The ECA clarifies that the official EC votes to be counted are those under the seal of the state, approved by the executive of the state. Where am I losing you? No dissertation is needed. Basic literacy is needed.

    Besides that…I still believe in the American way… “Innocent until proven guilty in an American Court of Law.” A Constitutional Right.

    It isn't my opinion. That's literally what the Constitution and the ECA say. Literally. If you can't read the Constitution, and you've admitted that you are either unwilling or unable to do so, then yes, I've lost you. Why should I ignore the Constitution and listen the right's current favorite dictator instead?

    Yes, you lost me…Without proof via a Court Trial and a Court Conviction it remains your opinion. imho

    I’m willing to wait for Trump to be arrested, put on trial & to be proven guilty in a Court of Law.

    You are literally claiming that you are unwilling and unable to read or discuss the words of the Constitution. I don't share that paralyzing fear. Meanwhile, there are at least three criminal investigations into Trump's fake elector scheme (which those of us who have read the ECA and the Constitution know are illegal). We know to expect indictments for at least one of those three investigations in August. Tell you what, if Trump is never indicted for this fascist scheme, I'll donate $100 to the charity of your choice. If he is indicted, you donate $1 to the charity of my choice. Deal?

    If I were a conservative I would be troubled by this. I think DeSantis would easily beat Biden. I think Trump’s 2024 criminal trial along with his regular insanity will put off many independents and swing voters. Yet for whatever reason many republicans just can’t dump Trump. Failure to do so may cost republicans yet another election. Do the republicans and democrats even understand that it is independent voters that decide who wins and many of us do not like Biden or Trump?
