DB made the loan. They reviewed the assets and set the interest rate. The loan was repaid on time with the agreed upon interest. No victims, no damages. It's very simple to understand. There is no fraud only banana republic justice behavior of NY.

 

And others testified it did happen — the difference is they brought receipts where the bank just wanted to continue doing business with him.

Trump has been found guilty by several states, including the well known case in Colorado.

The real question is how the Republican party can possibly tolerate insurrection

Taxes not paid lean on state citizens.

Unfair loans, etc., make loans less available to honest businesses.

We have LAWS about that - this wasn't some random accusation, it was an investigation that demonstrated that Trump was running his organization in a WILDLY illegal fashion.

 

There was no unfair loan. DB is a fiduciary. Their loan officers are sophisticated financial analysts who determine valuations and risks and set an interest rate. The loan was granted and paid back on time with interest. They suffered no damages. No other entities suffered damages.
