Good news. Germany, France and UK made first talks with Iran and it looks like the EU simply makes the same law it did in 1996. Which means it bans european companies to follow the american sanctions and blocks any attempt from USA to enforce them on european companies.

I had not expected that they use this nuclear option but im happy. With that the sanctions are evaporated.

Do you feel that the people of Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, etc. enjoy more freedoms and human rights than Americans?

Perhaps not funny, but amusing. It puts present day attitudes of Europeans in some perspective. If you have an interest in the subject this may help - though there is much more. http://www.jcpa.org/phas/phas-markovits-05.htm
However it seems many Europeans don't want to be 'integrated' or 'assimilated'. In order to do that cultures and loyalties must be radically changed but cultures make us who we are as human beings, and we feel comfortable being among those we understand - and who understand us. These feelings move all the way down to neighborhoods.
Why should 'nationalism' have come as a surprise to anyone? The people of Europe were, and are, being manipulated by those who feel they are smarter than they are and can create a brand new culture by restricting media and singing Ode To Joy. Europe has been creating these new improved 'systems' for over a century and each time it ends in disaster. This time is no different.
And 'posturing' is what Europe does best.

And a Good Day to you also!

I'm not worried about anything really, this fence gimmick will end soon enough meanwhile our soldiers do a great job of holding the mob away from our civilians, that's all there is.

Great job? Your soldiers? ... I remember in the moment the air-disaster in Ramstein in 1988. Your army was absolutely not doing a great job there. The impression of lots of people was your army was more a disaster within this disaster. It would perhaps had been better to hold the mob of your soldiers far from our wounded civilians.

Or with other words: Lazybones do not like to learn a foreign language nor do they like to learn something about foreign cultures. Others learn the language of the country where they live in and try to discuss about why they don't like to be integrated or assimilated and what are alternatives. And it exists a titanic amount of alternatives.

Do you know what's the difference between thoughts and reality? No? Same with Donald Trump.

The euros have had penis envy of ike US for decades

During the 80’s the smug germans were outraged at Reagans decision to defy the soviets and place medium range missiles in NATO countries to counter what the russians were doing

But Reagan ignored them and soon after the Berlin Wall came down

Your president is Donald Trump and you call Europeans weird? Weird! And you should take care about the situation of your army, because you are on your way to the next world war.

You finally said something I agree with

We are headed to the next world war in part because the euros are determined to repeat their mistakes of the past

Not standing up to hitler when he was weak only made the problem worse

And the same goes for iran and north korea today

You think Ronald Reagan ignored Germany? He was supported from Germany. And no US-American president ignored Germany. President Donald Trump is the first, who is doing so. Nevertheless the most important politician for the break down of the wall was Mikhail Gorbatshev. From all foreign polticians John F. Kennedy and Mikhail Gorbatshev are loved most from all Germans.

    In memoriam Raissa Gorbatsheva

And the confused other gernans marching with them demanding that he appease the soviets

Maybe they are finally getting their revenge

    Not so

Gorby was forced to do it because the soviet union was a failure

Sure you agree with war. War solves all problems including all unknown problems. In the end everyone is dead and the world is beautiful after all unimportant idiots, who survived, had repaired the damages, so it is time to start to do the next war.

That's only a myth. The appeasement politics olf the Brits was only in the foreground. In the background they tried to bring Hitler in war with Stalin.

It was George W. Bush who ignored the problem nuclear weapon development of North Korea. Instead he made a counterproductive war against the not existing problem Iraq and created the terror idea and terror organization "Islamic state".

Bush didnt ignore north korea but did squander all his political capital in iraq

So when he tried to rally support for tough sanctions on NK no one listened

Then along came obama who did nothing either and made the situation worse by leading the appeasement parade in iran

Mikhail Gorbatshev was not forced more than Waldemar Putin is forced to do something or to let it be to do something.

He did it. We spoke about this problem here when George W. Bush was president of the USA.

Okay - whether he personally did so or the USA in general did so is for me the same. Anyway I'm not interested in the internal politics of the USA. We need solutions for the world and not an endless proclamation of always the same nonsense. One problem of the USA is it, that it is not in real confrontation with the problems far over two oceans. If so you would hang your own politicians.
