I'm speaking of which narrative you progs are going with these days. What is it? Is Trump a liberal fooling conservatives again? Is he an alt-right racist supremacist? Russian communist?

BLM have called for the killing of the police. Antifa routinely use pepper spray, and it's documented in this incident.

Trump got punked. I'm not at all surprised, he doesn't strike me as someone who holds out on principle to the last breath. But I thought he wouldn't cave quite this quickly. The specificity of the circumstances here aside, the left routinely uses violence for its ends and it's ironic that Trump gave them a pass here. He might have recalled that the violence at his pre-election rallies was caused by Democrat operatives.

 

If only Obama had called out BLM and the Black Panthers after one of their 'brothas' slaughtered 5 police officers in Dallas. I guess 'if he had a son'. The Communists and anti-fa have been given carte blanche to rule the country. The Mayor of Charlottesville and Governor of Virginia basically ignored a federal judge's order granting the right of peaceful assembly by cancelling the rally and sending them into the gauntlet of BLM and anti-fa terrorists with little to no police protection. It's amazing that there was only one fatality......

Wrong. I live near Charlottesville and the local media reported hours before the violence began that BOTH side showed up looking for a fight. There are photographs of the Leftists who rolled into C'ville armed and dressed in riot gear. They came here to commit violence, not to peacefully counter-protest.

I've been part of counter-demonstrations in DC and our status as counter-demonstrators didn't give us the right to break the law and engage in violence.

Oh, I care - I pointed that out HOURS ago. As a resident of Virginia I'm paying for the security that failed to keep the peace in Charlottesville and the death benefits that will be paid to those troopers' grieving families.

What the Left won't admit is that their ANSWERnik comrades who had already proven that they could not conduct themselves in a lawful and peaceful manner are just as culpable in the deaths of both of those state troopers as the while nationalists/Kluckers and neo-Nazis are.

And you should know that at least one of the counter-protesters was waving a Soviet flag. Nice people you're trying to defend...

 

What Trump said on Saturday was nothing more than whimpy arsed half arsed pablum.
