No, not at all. But don't you think parents walking their children around protesters should be especially careful? I'm not buying the "accidental" argument. It doesn't add up, unless these were either blind parents or have no business being parents.

 

Why do you assume they weren't being careful? Protester is busy shouting and doesn't notice where she is walking, then gets too close to the stroller.

It's a perfect shield. They could "accidentally" bump into someone, possibly injuring them, believing they wouldn't be retaliated against with a baby in front of them.
