You want to make this about the bad orange man but you're not willing to just outright blame it on them because you would have to say this women is under some sort of mind control or some sort instead of being responsible for her own actions.

But you could surprise us and simply say the woman is responsible for her own choices

No one was injured.

Compare that to:
Court officers, who were standing outside the building, rushed over, pulled out their guns and ordered the woman to drop the knife. She ran from officers who had to tackle her. Then she reached for their gun and they shot her dead

So just to make this clear..... Are you going to blame the woman for her own actions or are you going to blame the bad orange man or you going to try to place the blame on both of them?

 

He predicted violence - he gave his followers (or reinforced) the idea that they were going to be violent.
She threatened violence.
They both have some responsibility. Hers is the primary responsibility, but he set the stage for it.
