Legally no threat was made and there was no mention of violence.

Libya was falling apart and nothing short of a US occupation could have kept Ghaddafi in power.. NATO intervened to stop the carnage and the flood of Libyan refugees into Italy..

If you knew anything about Libya before this mess, you would understand what happened and why .. and hold out for the slim chance that the Idris Constitution would have been reinstated.

That's what Benghazi was about.. Supporting the Eastern militias that supported the Transitional National Council and the Libyan Constitution.

The Libyan conflict began with Eastern militias in Benghazi in January 2011. Didn't you know that? The Eastern tribes hated Ghaddafi and had since 1969..
