As indicated in the OP, Trump wants his own personal legal system to go after those he hates.

It's time we stood up for the legal system we have - even if that means that those in power end up being held to account for their crimes.

All while David Weiss, the federal prosecutor in charge of the Hunter investigation doesn't have the resources to get into it.

Was it illegitimate to get to the bottom of the Jan6 insurrection that came close to overturning our democratic process - which absolutely was the stated objective?

Was it illegitimate to investigate the president when on two separate occasions he attempted to coerce a change in the outcome of a state's presidential election?

Should the USA have ignored the clear evidence of the assault on our presidential election by Russia?

Nonsense. It was a protest gotten out of hand in support of a 10 day delay and investigation of an illegitimate election. The 3 or 4 hours of Jan 6 delay is of no more concern than ANY 3 or 4 hours of the 1000s of hours of similar BLM/ANTIFA protest that got out of hand.

 

No, they came to the Jan6 insurrection with the OBJECTIVE of overthrowing our democracy.

That has come out in the investigation - an investigation that you seem not to appreciate and I see as CRITICAL if our intent is to continue our form of government.
