The average person who just attends a university is - on average - FAR more intelligent than most other Americans.

The fact you are so obviously hostile to this shows clearly your concern that it might be true.

If you were not concerned, you would not care...let alone be so hostile to the fact.

There are Many very successful people as well as highly intelligent that don't have the patience to withstand the indoctrination that goes with required courses in the Universities.They are self educated, doing their own studies and research. But I think Ivanka is seriously attractive (physically, anyway).

Any time she wants to leave her horrible-at-real estate, adolescent-sounding hubby...she can give me a call if she wants (of course, she doesn't - but whatever).

Not me...I find her plastic looking and I think she looked lots better before all the procedures. Just don't like her looks in general. So many genuinely beautiful women in NYC that she is not even a blip on that radar.

atheism means lack of belief in a god. that's it. Some secular humanists are atheists. But the two terms are entirely mutually exclusive. Atheism by definition is not a religion. Just like not playing baseball isn't a sport.

This one is Vivein Leigh who was absolutely drop dead traffic stopping gorgeous. I find Ivanka unappealing in many ways as she is just as much of a grifter as her snake oil peddling father.

 

Sorry, doesn't do it for me. Again...more handsome then lovely. Grace Kelly or Marilyn Monroe were more my thing (from that general era).

And I don't want to marry Ivanka...just snuggle with her for a while (if she left her teenaged-sounding hubby).

Sorry, you are getting way to animated and spewing forth far too much bile to be believed you are not fearful of the accuracy of these studies. Again, if you did not care much, you would not react so.

They are simple surveys...people who went and did not go to college were given IQ tests. Many thousands of them. And the results were clear. Those who did not go to university generally (though not always) had much lower IQ scores then those you did attend university.

This is not theoretical...these are numeric facts.

 

Again Rahl, I'll explain to you why all Atheist are Secular Humanist. Just because you say you don't believe in anything, does not void the fact you believe in "something". That something is, by definition a religion. Atheists would like to have us believe their belief system is in a "vacuum "....but that vacuum is non-existent. Atheist do not acknowledge a higher power from which they derive a "moral anchor" so to speak. Their moral anchor drifts with the current is likely to change with what they "feel" is right at any given time.. There is no anchor because everyone "feels" differently at any given time. I do not want the State to embrace or sponsor your religion.
In the definition given by the Supreme Court, it is pointed out that to them all morals are "relative", and all ethics are "situational"....that is without God. This is a broad generalization but it is direct and to the point. It was argued before the supreme court and the case is solid. Sure you may have different denominations within "atheism", but they ALL come under the definition of Secular Humanism. Even many forms of Unitarianism come under that heading.

 

Trump is telling the lemmings that he will save Christmas. What a stupid thing to say.. Further, he doesn't know that X comes from the Greek "Chi" which stands for Christ.
