I think right-wingers in this forum have had their too much of their share of defending Trump and complaining when he is investigated to now come and try to tell us that they believe, like democrats do, that ALL criminals belong in prison.

Exactly right. And that is the reason that we NEED to elect outsiders to these offices. The problem is, we saw how outsiders are treated when they dare to challenge the establishment, and so few people are going to be willing to subject themselves and their family to that treatment. Of course the very public nature of the vilification of Trump is designed and intended to send a strong message to any other outsiders who might consider running for office.

This is what I mean. To you it's 100% political. You have no interest in rule of law. So please stop trying to equate your position to mine. You claiming you "agree" with me, actually demeans my position. Because mine has been consistently about the rule of law.

Oh! I see! Binary thinking dictates that if there hasn't been an indictment yet, there CAN'T be an indictment. So, if you were consistent, you would say that if there hasn't been an indictment on Biden, there CAN'T be one either. But, of course, consistency is not one of your traits.

See what I mean when I distance my position from yours? Mine is about the rule of law. Yours is purely political. And this means that even if Biden turned out to be the worst criminal in the world, YOU would still be doomed to being wrong. Because the reason he would be sentenced (rule of law) would not be the same as why you think he should be sentenced (political).
