If you believe that he will be prosecuted because the prosecutors "hate him", would you be so kind and start your post with that. I'm not saying you're wrong. You're probably right in that he hates him. Who wouldn't hate a creep who separated children from their parents with no intention of ever reuniting them again! But if you clarify this, those of us who are not interested can focus on any REAL arguments. And if you believe that Trump should not be arrested because a President should be above the law, do let us know to. Those should be particularly interesting. Trump will surrender himself. And it's notable because he could have refused. Which would have meant the start of an extradition process from Florida. And who knows what DeSantis would do. Most likely turn him in, as this is politically advantageous to the fascist governor. So if he's arrested Tuesday, he will finally have to answer for his crimes before a jury. And this is not something that a prosecutor would take lightly. They would NEED to have a very strong case against him. But we'll see the charges when they are made public.
