I would actually think that a convicted liar who has already been in prison, and might receive a stricter sentence for a repeat offense, and has NO motive to lie (like he did before), would be less prone to lying under oath now than others. What he did was report what leaks he was hearing, rather than saying definitively that it is going to happen. Being that he was not arrested on Tuesday does NOT mean that he lied about the leaks, rather it means that the leaks were not exactly accurate. You could try to argue that he was lying about the leak, but you have no actual proof of that assertion."
