I am seeing Cohen may have got laid for $130,000... there is no indication Trump paid Stormy for election hush money... if we are looking at receipts..
We have Cohen (statement) denying it was hush money.... We have Stormy (statement) denying she got hush money...
Then Cohen's lawyer went before them and he said he had to steer them back to the truth as their line of questioning was very focused on anything but the truth...

Like I said, other than a priceless mug shot, this jackass of a DA has nothing. Among those who covet that mug shot, he will be hailed as their hero, propelling him to greater roles in government. But among those able to think with clarity, he will look like what he is -- a fool.

Not me. Just you. I don't make ridiculous claims like that.

Yes. You posted the full post. And there are two options that I could see. If you see a third one, just SAY what it is. So either he is asking for protests because of his claim that he will be arrested (which would validate everything I said), or because of his claims that there were leaks.

Huh? It was you that said "it sounds like he did". What one gods green earth are you talking about?

You strangely are pretending like my comment about context was in regards to your silly tangent about why he was calling for protest, when in reality it was clearly in regards to your bogus claim that Trump somehow lied because he was not arrested on Tuesday. I will repost....

It sounds to you like he did? Do you not pay any attention to context?

It is one run-on sentence, despite the fact that you chose to bold and highlight just one part of it. In that full sentence, he says that illegal leaks indicate that he will be arrested on Tuesday. There is nothing there to legitimately argue. He very clearly specified that according to illegal leaks he will be arrested on Tuesday.

Does binary thinking dictate that? I don't think binary, so I must defer to you on that. I would actually think that a convicted liar who has already been in prison, and might receive a stricter sentence for a repeat offense, and has NO motive to lie (like he did before), would be less prone to lying under oath now than others. But that's just logic.

Don't tell me. Another Golem Trump thread bites the dust in its up front claims of Trump being convicted or arrested of something?

How many it that now? Over 100?
Nobody would ever accuse you of binary thinking. lol
Not with all these one track threads that always gets it wrong.
    Bet you make more. lol

Cohen's motive to lie was to "never go to jail"... The fact exculpatory evidence was not presented pretty much blows Bragg's case out of the water... like the fact the Cohen's lawyer found out after the fact that Cohen had signed a release of his lawyer/client privilege and did not tell the lawyer.... and I'm a betting man Stormy's signed statement the she did not get hush money was left out also...
as you obviously did not watch it from when I posted it before, try looking at it now...

If he wins a lot of the lefties will have a meltdown. If he wins the general I predict the summer of love (riots of 2020) will look like a handshake in comparison.

In response to your claim "Trump did not say that he WILL be arrested on Tuesday, you did."

YOUR claim was about protesting for something other than him being arrested.

So let's cut the crap. In the post you quoted, Trump complains about two things that I can see: the leaks, and him being arrested. For WHICH of those was he calling to protest? You denied that he meant "being arrested" . So it has to be either the other (leaks), or you identify a third one.

    Answer!

Well, it didn't work. Because he DID go to jail. But that was when he had a REASON to lie. Now he doesn't have any.

Trump imagines himself to be a T.V. star.

The Guardian reports, "Donald Trump has told advisers that he wants to be handcuffed when he makes an appearance in court, if he is indicted by a Manhattan grand jury for his role in paying hush money to adult film star Stormy Daniels, multiple sources close to the former president have said.

"The former president has reasoned that since he would need to go to the courthouse and surrender himself to authorities for fingerprinting and a mug shot anyway, the sources said, he might as well turn everything into a “spectacle”."

Trump is a complete jerk. What does that say about his followers?

The [Republican] Senate Intelligence Committee on Tuesday [4/21/2020] reaffirmed its support for the U.S. intelligence community’s conclusion that the Russian government interfered in the 2016 presidential election with the goal of putting Donald Trump in the Oval Office. https://www.politico.com/news/2020/...rms-russia-aimed-to-help-trump-in-2016-198171

    Vladimir Putin knew his man.

Since he became our President, Trump has created chaos wherever he goes. About to be indicted on multiple criminal charges, Trump has managed to seriously endanger the American political system, and his followers are giddy with the harm he has caused.

Republican Senators and Congressmen strongly defend him while ignoring the crimes he has committed.

ABC reports, "Prosecutors in the special counsel's office have presented compelling preliminary evidence that former President Donald Trump knowingly and deliberately misled his own attorneys about his retention of classified materials after leaving office, a top federal judge wrote Friday in a sealed filing.

"U.S. Judge Beryl Howell wrote last week that prosecutors in special counsel Jack Smith's office had made a "prima facie showing that the former president had committed criminal violations," and that attorney-client privileges invoked by two of his lawyers could therefore be voided."

    Trump's lawyers appealed the ruling.

CNN reports, "Former President Donald Trump’s defense attorney Evan Corcoran is scheduled to testify Friday before the grand jury investigating classified documents found at Mar-a-Lago after a new order from a federal appeals court.

"The US DC Circuit Court of Appeals said that Corcoran must provide additional testimony and turn over documents about the former president as part of the criminal investigation into possible mishandling of classified documents.

"The source said Trump’s side is unlikely to appeal to the Supreme Court."

Note: The Appeals Court moved at light speed.

"The announcement from a panel of three judges in the appeals court – less than a day after Trump sought to put Corcoran’s testimony on hold – adds momentum to the special counsel investigation as it seeks to secure evidence that could make or break a federal criminal case against Trump," CNN.

Trump's followers are not aware of any of this.

You are flat out lying. My two posts in question...

    1. "Trump did not say that he WILL be arrested on Tuesday, you did.

In context, what Trump specifically said was "NOW ILLEGAL LEAKS FROM A CORRUPT & HIGHLY POLITICAL MANHATTAN DISTRICT ATTORNEYS OFFICE, WHICH HAS ALLOWED NEW RECORDS TO BE SET IN VIOLENT CRIME & WHOSE LEADER IS FUNDED BY GEORGE SOROS, INDICATE THAT, WITH NO CRIME BEING ABLE TO BE PROVEN, & BASED ON AN OLD & FULLY DEBUNKED (BY NUMEROUS OTHER PROSECUTORS!) FAIRYTALE, THE FAR & AWAY LEADING REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE & FORMER PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, WILL BE ARRESTED ON TUESDAY OF NEXT WEEK. PROTEST, TAKE OUR NATION BACK!,"

You will undoubtedly try to act as if that difference means nothing, but it most certainly does. What he did was report what leaks he was hearing, rather than saying definitively that it is going to happen. Being that he was not arrested on Tuesday does NOT mean that he lied about the leaks, rather it means that the leaks were not exactly accurate. You could try to argue that he was lying about the leak, but you have no actual proof of that assertion."

    2. "It sounds to you like he did? Do you not pay any attention context?

It is one run-on sentence, despite the fact that you chose to bold and highlight just one part of it. In that full sentence, he says that illegal leaks indicate that he will be arrested on Tuesday. There is nothing there to legitimately argue. He very clearly specified that according to illegal leaks he will be arrested on Tuesday.

....and NO, I am NOT saying that he wanted protests because of illegal leaks. He wanted protests for what those illegal leaks are indicating.

It is hard to believe that you are putting forth your position with a straight face. There is no way you honestly believe your position."

My post is clearly referring to you mischaracterizing his words as being that he lied when he said he would be arrested on Tuesday, when clearly his statement was that the illegal leaks indicated he would be arrested on Tuesday which has an entirely different meaning.

Of course you do not have the dignity to admit that error, so instead, you invented the calling for protests tangent for the sole reason of not admitting you were wrong and to instead do everything you can to act as if your diversion was the topic of my post to you all along. Hey look!...a SQUIRREL!

You consistently go way over the fine line that exists between trying to win an argument and simply being outright dishonest. This is not an error on your part. You are flat out dishonest. It happens too frequently with you to be an error.

This is where some lefties will highlight the double standards they reason by. Even though there is no direct evidence, of Trump doing what he is accused of doing, they find circumstantial evidence (checks issued to Cohen, for legal services rendered) sufficient to find him guilty. But they won't apply the same standard when it comes to Joe Biden being the "Big guy" receiving his cut of money as a result of influence peddling when he was the VP. Wait for it.

We have documentation that the FEC said that it failed by a 2-2 vote to prove any of the parties violated campaign finance law.

The FEC voted 4-1 to close the inquiry after failing to find that Trump or his campaign “knowingly and willfully” violated campaign finance law when his former attorney Michael Cohen paid $130,000 to porn star Stormy Daniels to keep her from disclosing an alleged affair.

And according to the fake New York Times.... Cohen told them

Trump’s Longtime Lawyer Says He Paid Stormy Daniels Out of His Own Pocket

“Neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was a party to the transaction with Ms. Clifford, and neither reimbursed me for the payment, either directly or indirectly,” Mr. Cohen said in a statement to The New York Times. “The payment to Ms. Clifford was lawful, and was not a campaign contribution or a campaign expenditure by anyone.”
