And while his boorish, so-called "politically incorrect" rhetoric has activated some mostly-older racists in his base... those who are of traditionally minority or discriminated-against groups in America, are being motivated to challenge whatever the GOP has placed upon the table (down the ballot), perhaps for years to come.

... and then what? Trump is like a dog chasing a car, if he does manage to win—he won't know what to do with it. And this country cannot withstand another president with no plan to grow our country. The last two have done too much damage already.

People in this country are so worried about the other party not winning, that no one is offering a path to help America win.

My point is the general election is a different animal. A GOP candidate can get the nomination and get creamed in the general.

As a matter of fact I do. Obama in 2008. Obama won 33 and McCain won 37.

Indeed the general election is different, and Clinton picked up a lot of delegates that will never go blue in Nov, while losing to Bernie in a number of states that would. Her delegate count is truly skewed in terms of her performance and how it will work out in Nov. Bernie is still the better candidate, but if Democrats want to put the fool that can't energize voters or even draw middling crowds on the ticket, they are welcome to it...

Good catch, I probably should have looked that up myself. I should feel foolish for asking, but I don't...

Both are hated by many people, and not without good reason. What a farce of an election. I didn't think the GOP could do worse than Bush or the Democrats worse than 0bama, but now both have proven me wrong.

You are correct about the energy part. However, while Hillary may not be energizing the base or Dems, Trump is energizing the Dem base to come out and vote against him.

This election the Dems won't be voting for Hillary, they will be voting against Trump.

Trump also energizes Republicans to get out. If a candidate can't energize their base, they won't win. Ask any of the failures that have used that strategy. Romney lost because he couldn't energize the base, Clinton will lose for the same reason. Trump has been taking heat from day one, Hillary has taken very little heat at all the whole cycle, that will change, and when it does, without an energized base you will see low turnout in Nov on the Democrat side...

We'll see, but as I said before don't be surprised if you're saying President Hillary as you heard it hear.

I'd be very surprised. The liberal media won't be able to ignore and cover for her, as they have been and Bernie had the kid gloves on the whole cycle, Trump won't, and that can't be ignored. That sidebar about some Mexican judge will be long over and all attention will be put towards what a horrible candidate Hillary really is. Couple that with her inability to energize the base, she won't be able to win on the hopes that the unenergized base will maintain their hate and petty dislikes of Trump through Nov...

I'm speculating, but I'm guessing the thought of Donald as president will provide plenty of energy and motivation for Democratic voters to get out and vote.

In contrast to the "utterly amoral" "pathological liar" "fraudster," “narcissist" "phony" "con man" who is "wholly unprepared to be president" ?

And that's just what leading Republicans say about him.

I'm not sure Clinton stacks up to Donald in the horribility department.

Unlikely, particularly if Sanders Savages sellout and support Clinton and run amok across America and every moderate and intelligent person realizes Trump is better than a bunch of rioting losers...

their voting for a socialist called jill stein, the rest are going to do drugs and sleep.

a few smart ones will vote for trump because his economic arguments are moral against the rich elite establishment, and he is the only one saying them even if he probably won't bring jobs back to america.

Thanks for sharing your opinion. We'll see in November. It's silly to debate on speculative opinion.

What about the negative vote aspect? Surely both of these weirdos will inspire many to vote against them by voting for the other. Of course, they will likely send many to other candidates also, such as the Greens and the Libertarians.

No doubt you tire of hearing all the negatives against Clinton so early on...

    - - - Updated - - -

I think you'll see more of the anti-Trump clowns seeking alternatives if that's really all they are. Its always more edifying to cast a vote for something than simply being a total (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*) and casting against something out of juvenile emotionalism...

What about Benghazi? Not one investigation ever pointed to any wrongdoing.

As for her e-mail, she probably used a private server because she saw the way practically the entire Bush White House looked when they got caught using the servers of the Republican National Committee.

Well, it's not necessarily juvenile to cast a vote for one candidate out of a desire to ensure that another does not win if the voter believes the latter to be especially dangerous or unfit for the office, wouldn't you say? People who do not support the Democrat or Republican have very few options in our presidential elections. None, really.

First polls coming out after the aftermath of Trump's racist comments. Not looking good for Repubs. Rasmussen has Clinton at +4. Remember they are one of the most heavily biased polls towards conservatives out there. They were off by 5% in 2012 and a poll that Fox News and other conservative pundits love to use.

Thanks for the gift Repubs!! You guys even took this risk selecting some loose canon during an election that involves picking a new Supreme Court Justice. Yikes. Not the smartest thing I've seen.

The fact that she refuses to confirm the 2nd Amendment is actually in the constitution is evidence enough for me to know she has her head way far up her ass and a subsequent brain scan would actually be a colonoscopy.

    http://townhall.com/tipsheet/mattve...-a-constitutional-right-to-bear-arms-n2173893

The funny part of this interview is, it was with George Snuffleupagus... one of here most loyal little minions

To confirm.... I think BOTH candidates suck swamp water. I suppose I am hard pressed to determine or prove which sucks worse.

That is not what your source says at all. Clinton never denies or "refused to confirm" there's a second amendment in the constitution at all.

    Jeez.
