the American Judicial System no doubt is not perfect ...but it is not completely corrupt...

the SCOTUS has been packed by the GOP and trump...
but at the end of the day, even the highest court of the land will not be able to defend the crimes of trump

BUT

60 courts were presented and heard the complaints of trumps attorneys in the matters of election fraud ..each court found there was no evidence backing up their claims .. none agreed what was presented was factual enough to be considered legitimate..

and I agree, I also dont need Donald trump to tell me the judiciary is rotten to the core..I pay attention and do my own thinking

if the judiciary were not rotten, trump would not be able to postpone his trials like he has ..

and don't forget, trump appointed about 200 judges..

and the judge hearing his stolen documents case was appointed by him ...if he is found guilty in that court will trumpers accept the verdict??

The depraved assaults on Trump by rogue partisan prosecuters is disgusting. Worse- the people choosing to support that are more disgusting. It's grossly unAmerican- and worse. It's a threat to the entire justice system and the nation's morals.

 

Both the AG of NY State and the DA in Atlanta, GA ran on a focused Get Trump platform. IIRC the DA Bragg of NYC also used Get Trump in his campaign.

It indicates a large coordinated political conspiracy; I don't know about deep state but it is probably in the picture.

 

Not to me. As a former New Yorker, "The Donald" is as transparent to me as a glass wall. He has always behaved like a toddler having a temper tantrum. There is no way that he would ever cop an insanity plea. That would make him a loser, and public humiliation is his biggest fear.

They are all treating him with kid gloves except for James and Bragg ... two New Yorkers who have long known Trump for the grifter he is. If his defense attorneys refute all the substantive evidence and sworn testimony of so many Republicans close to him, juries of his peers will acquit him.

If you need to pretend that the jury did not find Trump liable for his sexual abuse of R. Jean Carroll, you can, of course.

A judge has now clarified that this is basically a legal distinction without a real-world difference.
He says that what the jury found Trump did was in fact rape, as commonly understood.

Carroll's case was civil.... he was not tried for any crimes....
he civil lawsuit complaint used the word "rape" 61 times..... but never found liable for rape.
and all from a very strange move by the NY state... Adult Survivors Act, N.Y. C.P.L.R. § 214-j. to allow a convenient 1 year window for Carroll to go back to pull this off... I would say the year but Carroll could not say what year it happened herself, and per Carroll's lawyer, Carroll was one of the backers pushing NY to just create this law out of whole cloth...
The judge does not override the jury verdict...
COUNT I Battery
COUNT II Defamation ...... for rape...... which the jury did not find him liable.... he did not defame for something was not held liable..

You cannot or do not distinguish between country and government. That makes you typical of today's well indoctrinated consumers in the US, consumers of propaganda.

Mark Twain noted that patriotism means supporting your country all the time, but its government only when it deserves it.

It is impossible to have rational public dialogue with individuals who cannot distinguish between country and government.

 

They could stop doing their job, which is obviously what Trump wants, but kid of important to uphold the laws.

 

How can a court find there is no evidence if it does not conduct and evidentiary hearing, and instead simply "finds" that the parties "have no standing"?

 

If I had any confidence at all\ in that, I'd examine it. But it is the stock BS propaganda of the left, and has not an ounce of legitimacy.
