Talking **** about his daughter is just Trump's way of trying to preserve a route to appeal on of "judicial bias".
Including talking **** about family members of the parties or court professionals in the gag order is well within the judge's powers and fairly standard as far as "I have a litigant who likes to try things in the press" style cases go.
So, the judge was doing something fairly normal that's within his power, power given to him to handle just this sort of issue with just this type of litigant, and you think its improper?

I say again: You've done nothing here but reveal your rank ignorance of the law.

 

You've done nothing but expose two things: you can't comprehend the written word and you know less about the law than I do.

 

What all of this abhorrent behavior reveals is how ill-equipped our system of justice is in handling a boorish, wealthy pig who can not control his narcissistic impulses.

 

What you really mean is, our system protects the rights of the accused and that has to change, if you're going to jail political opponents in the future.

Why (or, should I even ask?) do you people have such heartburn with the Bill of Rights?

It appears that the 1st and 2nd Amendments aren't the only amendments you want violated.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg filed his motion to New York City Justice Juan Merchan, whose daughter has been the subject of repeated attacks from Trump on his social media site Truth Social, according to court records.

Once again he is baiting the court to act. Merchan really needs to do so. Issue a new gag order and if it is violated throw Trump's fat ass in jail.

That is what should have happened a long time ago. Trump keeps getting preferential treatment , keeps abusing it with his vile conduct. Trump does not seem to realize that freedom of speach has it's own boundaries. NO FREEDOME IS ABSOLUTE.

 

If you were getting persecuted, not prosecuted, by the American legal system for polital reasons, you might not have good things to say about it also. I know I have lost a lot of respect for the U.S. Department of Justice and the New York City courts and District Attorney. Their conduct has made them into a very sad joke and an embarrassment to this country.

In New York City and State, repeat, violent criminals get to run free until they commit a really serious crime. In the mean time brave citizens, who attempt to stop them, might get prosecuted. Such is the state of the legal system in New York.

Oh, am I allowed to write that without fear of legal reprisals? Maybe not for much longer. The First Amendment is under serious attack in Progressive America.
