There was no 'attempt' to overturn the 2020 elections. President Old Fossil is President. This is like saying someone attempted to rob a bank by writing the exact date and time he/she would have robbed the bank. But the bank wasn't robbed.

Why has it become illegal now? When it has not been in the past? Did the rules change.... oh wait ....yes the rules were changed suddenly by the Democrats.... Why is that...
The Democrats had to change the rules to their liking after the fact to the law Trump followed that has been on the books for 135 years.... Electoral Count Act of 1887...
OOOOOPPPSSSYYYY... looks like they change a law because they didn't like it was a law... If it was illegal why did the Democrats scramble to make something legal to be illegal?...
Collins letter explains exactly the fact Pence could remand the votes back to the states... but they were changing it so it could not.... WHY CHANGE IT AT ALL? The fact they even messed with a 135 year old law shows it did not fit their agenda all of a sudden... How strange you think that they changed a law they thought was OK...

"First, it reasserts that the constitutional role of the Vice President in counting electoral votes is strictly and solely ministerial. (because it did not prior) The idea that any Vice President would have the power to unilaterally accept, reject, change, or halt the counting of electoral votes is antithetical to our Constitutional structure and basic democratic principles. Illegal behavior.... not at all... it was a law already on the books..... only the Democrats tried it before and got away with it....
It is the same law the Democrats tried in 2000, 2004, 2017....

January 6, 2017.... seven House Democrats tried to object to electoral votes from multiple states.
Jim McGovern (D-Mass.) objected to Alabama's votes.
Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) objected to Florida's votes.
Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.) objected to Georgia's votes.
Raul Grijalva (D-Ariz.) objected to North Carolina's votes.
Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas) objected to the votes from North Carolina in addition to votes from South Carolina and Wisconsin. She also stood up and objected citing "massive voter suppression" after Mississippi's votes were announced.
Barbara Lee (D-Calif.) brought up allegations of Russian interference in the election and malfunctioning voting machines when she objected following the announcement of Michigan's votes.
Maxine Waters (D-Calif) rose and said, "I do not wish to debate. I wish to ask 'Is there one United States senator who will join me in this letter of objection?'" after the announcement of Wyoming's votes.

Strange that illegal behavior takes on a new meaning if it involves other folks.... What the left pulls every time is change the wording that has the same meaning then blame he other people for exactly what they have been doing.... Change "faithless electors" to "Fake Electors or fraud electors" and you have the same thing done by the other people with no consequences...

I think it is plain Trump did nothing illegal... Electoral Count Act of 1887.... a 135 year old laws on the books..

Democrats set the precedent when overthrowing democracy.... would you like to talk about it?? George Santyana : "Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it."

""America needs 37 “faithless electors” from states Trump won""
Looks like they will have to explain the “Hamilton electors,” a group of electors who have sworn not to vote for Trump.

The last-ditch push for the Electoral College to stop Trump, explained
    https://www.vox.com/policy-and-poli...444/electoral-college-trump-hamilton-electors

""The faithless electors who opposed Donald Trump were part of a movement dubbed the "Hamilton Electors" co-founded by Micheal Baca of Colorado and Bret Chiafalo of Washington. The movement attempted to find 37 Republican electors willing to vote for a different Republican in an effort to deny Donald Trump a majority in the Electoral College and force a contingent election in the House of Representatives.""

""A group of so-called “Hamilton Electors” — nine Democrats and one Republican who borrowed the Found Father’s name in a nod toward his call for deliberation — has been working to persuade at least 36 other Republicans to ditch Trump, just enough to block his immediate election and send the contest to the House of Representatives.""

Except there is no proof of that, in fact the only two instances of proven voter fraud during the 2020 election were two republicans trying to vote for relatives 8).

Like I said. Show me one signature verification audit of one full county and I’ll prove it.

Georgia did a hand recount of it's total election. EVERY ballot cast in Colorado by mail, which is most of Colorado voting, is cross referenced with the voters signature held by the State.

A recount doesn’t address the issue.

The way this works is when a mail in ballot is mailed in it comes in two envelopes. One outside, one inside containing all of the voter info and inside of that is the ballot. They separate the ballot from the envelopes and in some states like Colorado they compare the data on the envelope with the voter records.

They then take the envelope and put it in a box and file it away. They take the ballot which has NO identifying information on it and file it in a box with a bunch of other indistinguishable ballots and those are shipped off to the counting centers to be counted.

My assertion is that the Dems introduced fraudulent ballots into the count AFTER the legitimate ones had been separated from their envelopes. Making the legitimate ballots and the fraudulent ballots indistinguishable from one another.

The ONLY way to find this type of fraud is to do a signature verification audit of at least one FULL county (not partial) because you will have more ballots than you have unique voter envelopes. A recount only recounts the fraudulent ballots.

No you don’t. But i didn’t say I couldn’t prove it. I said I’m looking for proof. You’re the one who doesn’t want it.

Which again doesn’t address the problem. If you take 15,000 envelopes and match them with the records. They’ll be just fine. However if you count the number of ballots and compare them to the number of envelopes you won’t have enough envelopes to make up for the number of ballots you have.

You don't know how it works.

    That's not true.
    Wrong.
    Nope!
Your wrong, in how it works, how the ballots are enveloped, how they are counted, how signatures are verified, and asserting that "fraudulent ballots" can be introduced. There are volunteer poll workers, from both parties, overseeing every step of the process. I have done this and it would be impossible to stick in A fraudulent ballot, there are to many eyes and too many checks along the way. Your "assertion", is tin foil hat speculation without any basis in fact.

Your claim is numerous fraudulent ballots are introduced into the vote count. That's impossible because too many checks are built into the counting process and there are too many "eyes" from both parties making sure that everything is done properly. What you're suggesting is not possible.

That’s simply incorrect. What exactly stops someone from introducing a fraudulent ballot into the count?

Saying “there’s too many eyes” doesn’t address how someone in a massively democrat district couldn’t bring fraudulent ballots into the center.

    I'm not impressed with it.
Powell's guilty plea tells is that Fani's RICO case is faltering.

'Powell is the second defendant in the case to be offered a misdemeanor plea to dispose of what was publicized as an indictment of the grand conspiracy to destroy American democracy.'

Scott Hall was also 'hit with the big RICO-conspiracy charge, as well as several felony charges. Like Powell, his plea to the minor charges will assure him of a non-prison sentence.'

'when prosecutors cut plea deals with cooperators early in the proceedings, they want the pleading defendants to admit guilt to the major charges in the indictment. That indicates to the public that the major conspiracy charged is real. It puts pressure on other defendants to plead guilty to serious charges and cooperate. And it shores up the case against the major culprits.'

Willis didn't just fail to get a guilty plea to 'the RICO charge; she’s not even getting felony guilty pleas of any kind.'

'If these were serious prosecutions, we would not be seeing probation sentences. If Willis truly believed in her ballyhooed RICO charge she’d induce her cooperators to plead guilty to the RICO charge and explain, in the plea allocution, what they did, particularly in conjunction with Donald Trump, that makes them guilty.' None of that happened here.

'Willis filed the grandiose allegations in an indictment that depicts Trump as if he were the boss of a Mafia family — with Powell as one of his lieutenants. Now she’s pleading people out to minor infractions. There’s good reason to believe that’s because minor infractions are all she’s got.'

    https://archive.ph/LFQXk#selection-1005.0-1009.82

These prosecutions will prove to be bigger flops than "Russia Collusion!" Trump loudly protested an election rigged by the corrupt FBI and CIA, who lied their asses off about Hunter's Laptop that detailed the Biden Crime Families illegal international bribery operation, and installed Bribed Joe into the WH.

Had Bribed Joe proven to be a decent president, he still probably would be looking at re-election, but he's a colossal flop, he looks like he is on the threshold of hospice and he's backed up by Kamala, and who in the world thought that out of a nation of 330 million that she was the best pick for spare president?

These cases were intended to harm The Trumpster in the primaries, they have not. Trump's not only easily coasting to renomination, he's leading for re-election.

There ARE republicans in democrat districts that volunteer as poll workers and they are "on it", I've worked side by side with them. Actually, at the time, I was a republican and everyone is watching all the time. Besides that it is busy, dealing with the real ballots is a real job. No, NO ONE, could bring A fraudulent ballot and get it in with the ballots to be counted. You make it sound like it happens in a Democratic controlled vacuum it doesn't.

Let’s assume I’m a volunteer poll worker. It’s my job to move the ballots from the place where they’re brought in (staging area) and the counting machines.

Given that we are in a democrat controlled district, what stops me from either hiding or bringing boxes of fraudulent ballots that are IDENTICAL to the real ones with ballots in them which are IDENTICAL to the real ones into the center? How would anyone even know 5 of the 20 boxes I rolled in were fraudulent?

There would be a republican working side by side with you.

Because IF your job was to go to collection locations and get the ballots out of the collection boxes, there would be a republican working with you at all times. If your job was to receive mailed ballots there would be a republican right there working with you doing the same job.
Because the guy working with you would scream bloody murder if you tired to even put a single ballot in the count, much less a box full. And it's that way every step of the way.

It's probably too late this year but next year volunteer as a poll worker and try to get away with someShit, your ass will be in jail so fast it will make your head swim.

That might be true in your district but that is NOT the case in every district. ESPECIALLY when you’re talking about districts where they’re 80-90% democrat or Republican. The numbers just don’t work out. You won’t always have as many Republican volunteers as you do Democrat volunteers in a massively controlled democrat district and Vice versus.

How would you know, have you ever done it?
I assure you at every critical step there are many eyes on the process. AND, as I pointed out, if you tried someShit ... you'd go to jail. It's not even worth thinking about.

By and large Americans are honest and want to do the right thing. You're being LooneyQ paranoid if you think that fraud extensive enough to change the outcome of an election is possible. Even two republicans that tried it got caught.

There are literally thousands of democrats who would happily go to jail for a few months if they thought it kept Trump out of the White House. Ask the democrat operative who released Trumps tax records illegally and will get a few months in jail.
