Nothing to do with Moscow, just the reality that NY is absolutely in a downward spiral. CNN won't tell you it ofcourse. And population dictates, generally speaking, the amount of capital. Big cities have more. Just how that works. Doesn't at all prove they aren't on their way down currently...and they are.

I'm sorry did he make an equivocation for which calculation used? No he didn't. He simply asserted the value is not what the market will pay but what the government assesses its tax value at. Imma ask you again. What in his opinion would exclude residential homes from this requirement?

Moreover how does help businesses? The tax value of businesses is ALWAYS FAR less than its market value. Always. Without exception. So now all of those businesses value isn't what the market will pay it's what the state of NY says it is. And if they attempt to sell or represent their property based on MARKET potential they'll be sued by the state of NY right? Unless of course this was selective prosecution. Right?

Show me where they used the controllers determination of vacancy rates because the sources they provided in court about vacancy rates were from left leaning newspapers.

They didn't lie. They did the exact same thing every single businesses owner across the country does and businesses in NY had been doing for years. The ONLY evidence they had he did something questionable was. Testimony from Michael Cohen a known perjurer and someone who hates Donald trumps guts and has publicly stated over and over again how he wants to bring him down.

Let's find out how that chart looks after theses businesses realize their value is not predicated upon what the market will pay but what the government assesses its tax value at. And let's see how many loans they get. Because now they can't represent their business based on market value to the banks, they have to represent it based upon its taxable value. Right? Also if they have a 50 story building but 10 of those stories are used for storage and supplies and administrative work, they can't use but 40 floors in the representation of their commercial property. Or they'll get sued by the state of NY for fraud. Right?

Unless of course this was selective prosecution.

And now NY has to enforce those rules or else it will show they selectively prosecuted and Trump walks with no issues.

I got another question for you. How much of NYC's income is based on capital gains taxes for real estate sales? When you sell a property you take how much you paid for it and compare it to how much you sold it for and then taxed.

What's going to happen to their Capital Gains taxes when a business is forced to sell their property close to tax value so they don't exceed the anti price-gouging rules NYC has in effect only allowing you to sell your product for up to 10% more than its value?

Since taxable value is MUCH lower than market value, many of these companies will be forced to sell at a rate LOWER than what they paid for it and in some cases much lower.

Not to mention NY isn't going to prosecute other businesses for those same offenses. Which means it's going to be declared selective prosecution. All he has to do is show businesses receiving loans for properties that are far more than their taxable value and that NY didn't charge them. Further bolstering his claims of being targeted by the dems

lol are you under the impression that NY can just prosecute Trump for not representing his businesses at taxable value while the rest of the businesses in NY don't have to do so?

I am under the facts that your hero is a criminal and lost over 300 million dollars and can't do business in NY for 3 years because he's a criminal piece of ****.

He isn't accused. He's guilty. If he can't do the time, he shouldn't have done the crime. But you can give him the money for his appeal anytime you want to.

Too bad for you, NY isn't doing that. I know, I know, it sucks that your mango hero lost yet another trial where he can't be a criminal asshat whenever he wants. I promise, you will get through your emotions dealing with this just fine someday.

    Thoughts and prayers to you.

Representing your business at market value with a lawful appraisal from a certified appraiser is not illegal no matter how much NY wants to claim it is. But if it is, then they have to uphold that same standard for EVERY business do they not?
