    I read that to mean American Civilians. Obviously Americans soldiers will face some risk. They volunteered for it. It should be really necessary though.

    I’ll do it for you if you would like but would you mind posting a list of the states with the lowest -highest IQ beside a list of the highest - lowest amount of black population?

    Im willing to bet the house the list is almost identical. And I haven’t even looked it up.

    Considering the IQ test was originally designed for rural white people so it has an inbuilt bias
