    How is that “nada”? Have you ever been on or seen someone on a vent? I promise you it is far from “nada”.

    So we're told, and yet there's these breakthrough cases. To me, what would seem logical is that by means of the vaccine we are injecting ourselves with the toxin known as covid-19 on the theory that our bodies will be trained to fight it but it seems like we're training the virus to attack our bodies.

    His return to the POTUS and the end of America as we have known it

    Make no mistake Trump and the Trumpist/Republican Party remain the greatest threat to America as it is that has ever existed. Should he return to the Presidency in 2024 as is a real possibility that will be the very real and irrefutable end of America as a free country and a viable Democratic Republic. The present Republican Party which Trump controls quite thoroughly are authoritarian fascists of the most autocratic stripe I can remember seeing in my long memory or indeed am aware of in the entirety of American history

    At the same time Trump is clearly and irrefutably guilty of several serious crimes, one of which, insurrection, would constitutionally disqualify him from running for Office ever again. I CANNOT understand why the movement to convict him of these crimes which I see as the only viable way to remove a threat to America greater than WWII seems stalled at this time. I was expecting Trump would be indicted, tried, convicted and incarcerated by now. I hope that can be done by 2022. It MUST be accomplished by 2024

    If this be TDS make the most of it.

    I don't believe they are falsifying data. However in spite of the data points, the coronavirus had its Delta moment, even as we were told that the vaccines would be what would turn the tide against the virus. That should lead one to logically question whether the vaccines are as effective as we were promised.

    And that the CDC said what it recently said is further proof, you asked how we can 'train' a virus to our bodies. Well, I figure by taking the vaccine the virus enters our bodies and isn't that how they eventually mutate as they leave the body through sneezes/droplets, etc?

    Are they? 20 years from now we could still be in Afghanistan, with an extra $trillion in war expenses, and when we pulled out,
    the Taliban or something new and worse would jump in. So, rip the bandaid off, stop wasting money, and see what happens.
    If it's like Vietnam, we could have reasonable normal relations in 20 years instead of continual war. Trump kicked the can down the
    road like Obama and Bush - that's a decision not to make a decision.

    You do know that even though he lost,nearly half the country voted for him and he got the second most votes in all of history?

    Viruses naturally mutate.

    The efficacy of the vaccines are pretty well in line with published numbers. Of hospitalizations, the vaccinated make up around 1% — the remainder are unvaccinated.

    He lost by 7 million votes the second time and won the first time despite 3 million more people voting for Clinton. That an incumbent president lost re-election is a massive failure on his part joining only 10 other presidents prior to him.

    Also half the nation did not vote for him — barely half the nation even votes. Only around 22% of the nation voted for him.
