I believe in a right a privacy, and that is best ensured without video hanging around of the most intimate of care, including bathing, toileting, wound care, wiping, the cleaning of the vagina or penis. I don't believe it appropriate for patients to be forced to decide between not getting that kind of care and assistance in the proper setting and making those those activities a part of somebody's intrusive footage . That means providing them right to refuse to be taped like a suspect in a cop video. Nope if your 'garrantees' are not sufficient to provide them comfort they deserve a right not to be taped whether you in your good wisdom deem them sufficient or not.

The taping itself against their will is a form of abuse and coercing their compliance by denying needed medical care is still coercion.

It's how they say people like Jacob Blake was unarmed that's just because he's black. He was armed that's why he was shot.
