Actually, that is true. I read the draft, not the final version (because it has to be passed before you can read it) and it specifically states that it pertains to international export and import and that the participating States (countries) have to maintain records and processes for import/export. It does not affect anything within the United States.

The u.n. small arms treaty / arms trade treaty is not what it seems(NOT just about importing, exporting, and trading of firearms) - I wrote that in an earlier post in this thread. There is a dark, sinister plan behind it.

The "Freedom From War - 'The United States Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World,'" released in September 1961, proves that there's been a plan since way back then, for this to occur. The u.n. small arms treaty / arms trade treaty may or may not be the final piece of legislation(and international legislation, mind you) before the hammer falls to finish this quest.

Just as there is stuff in a health care bill like obamayomama care that isn't supposed to be there, and many don't know everything that's in it.

The same thing with the Arms Trade Treaty.
