At some point in the progression of an illness, we all do. It's sort of the entire point of a hospital and doctors.
Right now, that bar is pretty high - don't go until your breathing is severely impacted - not if you only have some symptoms.
Common sense. I've cared for someone in respiratory failure - there comes a point where the need for oxygen outweighs all else. You can sit at your computer and pretend it won't be you, but you would be lying to yourself.
