Lastly Russia has been using the nuclear plant to store military weapons and hardware plus has been firing artillery from right next to the nuclear plant believing it gives them cover and if Ukraine responds to the endless artillery fire to defend themselves then that would give them propaganda fodder. Just like we see them doing in this thread.
