Just a thought. I would hope that if Clinton holds on to the lead in popular votes, that Trump voters will realize that in an ultimate display of irony, Trump will have won the office through the benefits of a "rigged" system of voting. He will not have won because the majority of Americans voted for him. Not complaining. The election is what it is, and those are the rules. But you gotta admit - that would be a true display of irony.
I find it ironic that the USA was given a choice between an orange idiot and a woman described by one of her own colleagues as the most vile and corrupt politician he has ever known, yet people are saddened that one won. Heck, it was a choice between which turd can be polished better
The real irony is that nobody can know how many valid votes were cast versus how many dead people and illegal immigrants voted, because the left made sure that the election safeguarding systems that are in every other first world country are not allowed here.
Yeah lets just let NY and California pick the President... I am sure that is fair. Also both parties knew the rules ahead of time so how can it be rigged?
What's funny is that Trump won despite the 'rigging' that took place by and for Hillary AND the Democrat/Clinton machine. The Electoral College affirms the fact that Trump has received a mandate from the whole United States not just the few densely populated liberal areas.
I know this for a fact. The number of dead and illegal immigrants who voted pales in comparison to the number of people who didn't vote. So that "dead and illegal" number has no real consequence. Because the apathetic non-voter "Trumps" them all.
If you want a popular vote contest then fine. Tell people before hand. Don't leave people with the impression that their state is deep-red or deep blue so they can stay home and then say afterwards the popular vote is all that counts. The intellectual dishonesty of the left is staggering.
Yes, WHY ISN'T TRUMP NOW COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SYSTEM HE INSISTED IS RIGGED? Gee, do you think that's because he's a two-faced spoiled whiney sociopathic child? Yes.
Cheating is wrong no matter what. Maybe there wasn't enough cheating this time to affect the outcome, but what if there is next time? The real problem is that we don't know if Hillary won the popular vote or not because we don't know the TRUE vote totals.
