That you are INCAPABLE of ADDRESSING them is NOT my problem.

In this thread your usefulness has come to a predictable end. Again I thank you, and unless you can present scientific evidence I’m incorrect or quotes of me defending the nurse, I offer you the last word as is my custom. I know it will be entertaining and further solidify the points I’ve made up to this point.

 

Either the thread is excellent shilldar or just another striking example of the utter ignorance of gov-edu-union-contractor-grantee-trial lawyer-MSM Complex denizens where enterprise accounting practices are concerned.

No cognizant adult who has ever been a patient in the medicare/medicaid mills of our government-mixed healthcare system in the U.S. could claim with a straight face that:

1. Rank and file employees like nurses are not aware, not made totally aware of billing practices and how they are directly and methodically calculated to maximize the take from the government. There is no "Chinese Wall" between the billing and services, they are often conducted by the same people in the same spaces, and certainly share workspace and gossip with those people, often over years and decades. Individual patient information is protected, but claiming a nurse doesn't know how the billing works in a hospital is analogous to a dealer in a casino not knowing the odds and policies in the casino generally. THEY KNOW, and anyone who suggests otherwise is an idiot or a liar.
2. Rank and file employees like nurses do not know instantly how those policies directly and indirectly affect their personal pay, hours, overtime, etc. See above. THEY KNOW.
3. Higher employees such as doctors do not also know how those policies directly affect their pay. See above.THEY KNOW.

Health care accounting is gamed towards maximum government and insurance payout, this is why you have near infinite numbers of needless "office visits" and prescription pads that take no time to administer while myriad patients don't get better over time, just milked for more visits.

That they don't do the exact same thing but more so with respect to BIG TICKET government payouts such as ventilators and other SCAMDEMIC "care" that they can game til the cows come home without being questioned is laughable.

I haven't read the book nor a summary, but please stop with the infantile deflections and non sequiturs concerning whether or not all employees in a gov-med mixed facility past their first year of employment know how the billing works and how it directly and indirectly affects their pay/hours/overtime. It insults the intelligence. THEY KNOW.
