Let me be more clear. Where is your evidence that this flu season is longer than typical flu seasons? A typical flu season peaks in February and deaths dramatically drop in March. Unless it's a very bad flu season, there are very few deaths starting late March. This is not the flu, as has been repeated thousands of times on this forum by now.

Now let me be more clear "do not put words in my mouth." I never said this flu season was longer I said that flu deaths and pneumonia deaths have stopped being recorded as what they are and have started being recorded as covid 19.

Which flu deaths, though? If flu season wasn't any longer than normal, then by mid-March, there would typically be no more flu deaths. So, why are you expecting flu deaths to go past mid-March this year?

It still could of been a contributing factor even if small. There were deaths in March from this virus.

No it's not a gut feeling it's the fact that glu deaths went to zero when covid started. All I posted were facts and your trying to spin. You dont want to talk about pnuemonia for obvious reason though because you dont have a leg to stand on and maybe New York wouldnt have double the daily deaths if its leaders would have token the action they said trump should of tooken instead of saying go to china town and eat and go to the lunar new year. Also shouldnt of been spreading lies about how the virus isnt transmittable and dies on hard surfaces in minutes and saying this virus was nothing to fear all the way into march.

Flu deaths are normally zero at this time of year. Sigh.

Your wishful thinking does not have any relationship with the facts.

Ok - please post your evidence that flu season deaths are typically high in March.

(Not a liberal. Trusting experts is not the same as being liberal. At least, I hope not.)

I never said flu death were higher in march. Please learn to read and comprehend. Of the flu deaths that are happening they arent being counted. Unless you can provide that there were zero flu cases in march you cant prove there were zero flu deaths.

Also I'd love to hear your comment about new york.

I'm talking about a typical year. Flu deaths go down to zero around mid-March. There is no reason to think that there are suddenly thousands of flu deaths THIS April.

Deaths in New York City Are More Than Double the Usual Total
By Josh Katz and Margot Sanger-KatzApril 10, 2020

Over the 31 days ending April 4, more than twice the typical number of New Yorkers died.

That total for the city includes deaths directly linked to the novel coronavirus as well as those from other causes, like heart attacks and cancer. Even this is only a partial count; we expect this number to rise as more deaths are counted.

These numbers contradict the notion that many people who are dying from the new virus would have died shortly anyway. And they suggest that the current coronavirus death figures understate the real toll of the virus, either because of undercounting of coronavirus deaths, increases in deaths that are normally preventable, or both.

Okay so early covid deaths could have been flu deaths thanks for proving my point considering "typically" they last until mid march. Also this is no typical flu season.

ALSO I never contributed thousands of deaths in april to flu deaths I said flu and pnuemonia deaths have went to zero. Which is fact! Stop trying to put words in my mouth.

Death toll in New York is due to horrible response time for the Democrats specifically bill de blasio. He encouraged the spread of the virus. Democrats on the west coast surprisingly did way better because they didnt put peoples life in danger to spite Trump.

Edit - I appreciate the leg work though. Thank you for the link and snipit.

You are missing the part where this disease is NOT the flu. Nobody thinks that, except conspiracy theorists who think the world leaders & best pandemic experts are colluding to destroy the world's economy.

Every medical expert tells us this is not the flu. This is a pneumonia.

    This. Is. Not. The. Flu.

The reason flu deaths have gone way, way down, is because flu deaths ALWAYS go way, way down at this time of year.

You are missing the point. That was a small piece of the post I made. Regardless what if what you say what I said was fact. I even provided proof. You can still get the flu during the summer the flu season is just the peak. Quit hanging in that one part. Your only hanging on because all of your other arguments have been ripped to shreds and you dont have a leg to stand on other than flu deaths normally go down this time of year which is true but never zero

    First death was 2/26.
Last death is projected to be 6/22
    That's 117 days.

    It's 4/18

So, we are about 6 days from 500/1000th through this wave.

Your question stated "believe" I dont have any feels on this buddy. I have seen 1 first hand in a guy who had never been tested for covid. I have seen many people in and out of my hospital not tested but marked down as deaths for it.
