What about James Buchanan? He was the President before Lincoln and did jack (*)(*)(*)(*) about state succession. Many believe he is the worst. Or Andrew Jackson, he's responsible for the Trail of Tears.
Among those listed Obama is certainly the worst. But that doesn't mean he is the worst US President ever. First of all because it is too early to evaluate him (or Clinton for that matter). But mostly because there are several US Presidents who are not listed but who were pretty bad, including James Buchanan, Franklin Pierce, Richard Nixon, Lyndon Johnson, ...
It's Obama by a far margin but you know what? we only have Obama because of Wilson, and FDR because of Wilson and LBJ because of Wilson - of course Carter because of Wilson.. Huh? This poll is small sample size with some obvious choices not being listed ( W. Bush, Reagan, etc). That said, this forum leans heavily to the right, with a significant portion of the posters here thoroughly convinced Obama is an anti white racist muslim born in Kenya who HATES America and is a socialist. In the real world though, Obama will go down as an average president, middle of the pack when ranking Democrats probably. He will definitely be remembered more fondly than W. Bush, though that isn't saying much.
