Ha ha ha, so it appears, Walgreen knew what was coming two years ago?

Republicans do not need to discredit Obamacare. Our Community Organizer doing a helluva job on it all by himself, every time he opens his mouth.

Okay, Washington State is not paying enough in reimbursement to Walgreens. Do you have a point for this thread?

Not for peabody. He and BVWC only use old news.

I wonder what is happening today in Washington State?

Old news? Does it make them irrelevant? Or you take lessons from Hillary, "what difference does it all makes"?

Of course they did, they just thought they could get away with it. But, this isn't Benghazi or Fast and Furious where folks only hear about it. This actually affects massive numbers of people lives and finances. The back lash will be a Tsunami in the voting booths next Nov.

Yes, it does make it irrelevant. Tell me the importance of Walgreen not adding Medicaid customers 2 years ago have to do with today? Washington State handled the reimbursement, not ACA. What is Walgreen doing today?

I really do not understand this defence of the thread topic.

Why did you start this thread with a lie about ACA? What Walgreen did had nothing to do with ACA. What is Walgreen doing today in Washington State?

In California the sign was out in front of Walgreens today saying the no longer take Humana or Medical (California's Medicaid). I'll bet you a $50 donation to PF if you doubt me and I post a photo.

Obama Care has nothing to do with expanded Medicaid? Link to proof of that.

I'll make you the same deal. In California the sign was out in front of Walgreens today saying the no longer take Humana or Medi-cal (California's Medicaid). I'll bet you a $50 donation to PF if you doubt me and I post a photo.

These are still Walgreen's decisions. What does it have to do with ACA.

Interesting article. Is your photo from 2003?

You really can not stay on point. Walgreen's decisions are about states' reimbursement and not about Meedicaid itself.

Please put me on ignore, I wear that like a badge of honor. Most people who get their asses handed to them generally ignore the person as well.

For the last time, this happened two years ago. Whatever backlash was going to happen would have already slapped people in the face. For Christ's sake, there's been elections since that has happened...in Washington nonetheless. Did you know the Obama has been re-elected since then? When do you expect this "Tsunami" style back lash to happen? Later next year? LoL

That evidence would be impossible to accept. There would be no way to confirm it's from California, there'd be no way to confirm when it was taken, and there'd be no point in arguing it over with them. You want to prove it, walk into the Wal-Greens and give me their phone number. I will contact them on my cell and confirm that they are no longer taking medi-cal (the proper name for California's medicaid). On that same note, anyone and everyone on this board can call and confirm the same exact thing. That's how the process works.

I have done research and called the Wal-Greens at:

    1301 Market St
    San Francisco, CA
    (800) 925-4733

They confirmed that, as long as I have the proper documentation (and I'm not after weed), that I can come in and get my medication using Medi-Cal.

Anyone can call and confirm the same. I had to be transferred a few times, but I spoke with a pharmacist in downtown San Francisco. I'll be waiting for your confirmation of a $50 donation to PF, thank you.

The fact that you are unable to identify exactly why this is irrelevant is very telling.

What? You can go ahead and call me a troll, or whatever you'd like, but the fact remains that I did more research than the OP did. All the OP did was find an outdated article, from 2 and a half years ago, that isn't relative to anything. He then tried blaming it on Obamacare, and claiming that California wal-greens called it quits.

All the while not paying attention to the fact that things have changed in the last two years. He then made a bold statement where he says that he'll donate $50 if he can prove that California Wal-Greens are not accepting Medi-Cal. I called a pharmacy, a Wal-Greens pharmacy, and spoke to a pharmacist who confirmed that they are actively taking Medi-Cal and they will continue to do so. I even made it clear that I am a new customer who has never used their pharmacy before.

What I suspect will happen is the OP will slink away. Never to show up in this thread again, and not tackle this irrefutable truth. Either that or he will say, "I didn't pose the bet to you."

All standard. Bottom line, California does take Medi-Cal in their Wal-Greens and I went to the source to confirm it. Not some ridiculous street picture.

Did you ever make the donation as promised in the bet you made with me prior to the 2012 elections PP?

As I recall, you stated that the Dems would lose the Senate. Obviously, that didn't happen.

The new influx of Medicaid enrollies IS a part of Obamacare and the cut in payments is part of Obamacare. This was all predicted now it comes to fruition.
