that guy has become a major league twit. He was a lousy AG and probably should have been impeached Of course he hates guns except when he's giving them to the Mexican Drug Cartels.
There should be a protesting tax of 1 cent per word say and 50 cents per sign. Since this does not prohibit protesting it should be entirely constitutional. In a capitalistic society, people should have to buy all their rights. As long as the price is the same for everyone this is fair. Time to return to a poll tax as well. $100 for federal elections, $50 for state elections and $20 for local elections - the tax being paid for each officer you vote in. For example, if you vote for President, US Senator, US State Rep, governor, Leut. Governor, state senator, state rep, and county clerk, you would first have to pay your $470 taxes.
The list goes on, as I've said, and they pursue a laundry list of incremental proposals designed to nibble away at the 2nd Amendment pretty much on a day-to-day basis. I say NO MORE. I will not sit idly by and allow my Constitutional Rights to be infringed. Period. We've given up more than we should have already.
Ah, adding in suicides to try to make your point. Here are two facts for you - if the US had the same intentional death rate as Japan, with their strict gun laws, we'd lose 21,000 more people each year to suicide. If we had the same intentional death rate as South Korea, another strict gun control country, we'd have an additional 56,000 deaths.
You sure as Hell haven't provided a whit of "evidence" for your nonsensical solutions! I'll base my opinions on the criminological facts, thank you very much.
Forgetting about all those zip codes dominated by Democrats? You know, the ones where the vast majority of gun crime is committed.
