    I agree. I didn't vote for Trump in 2016. The way that Democrats have acted, first about Kavanaugh's confirmation, and constantly throughout Trump's presidency pushed me toward supporting our president. Trump has a "bully" personality. The collective Democrat leadership have made him look like the one who is being victimized by a gang of bullies. Their unfairness in process and attitude has turned him into the political underdog. That's quite an accomplishment.

    Even if Trump is removed from office, then Pence will become President. So this does not overturn the election in any shape or form.

    On the plus side, the clown show will finally be over. On the negative side, impeachment has become a cheap political trick that Democrats will roll out every time they lose. Its a sad day for America...

    Yes...I am aware that the President won the 2016 election constitutionally via the Electoral College. But, he subsequently abused his powers and obstructed Congress, which is a high crime and misdemeanor and deserving of impeachment, conviction and removal from office, with the possibility of criminal indictment following his removal.

    Impeaching Clinton cost the House GOP a total of 2 seats and they still won the election in 2020 despite the fact that the economy was going great and the retiring President was very popular.

    And Clinton was a ****ton more popular and presidential when compared to Trump.

    And because he didn't abuse his powers and commit any high crimes and misdemeanors he won't be convicted of the bogus charges Democrats have fabricated in order to abuse their own power.

    And it was clear from the start that Democrats are doing this to prevent Trump and Zelensky from getting to the bottom of the corruption, money laundering and obstruction of justice Democrats have been involved with in Ukraine.

    Sadly, he couldn't fight through it and it only got worse..

    The precedent the Democrats are setting today will have bad consequences for future Presidents. If this was the standard during Obama's reign, he would have been Impeached for:

    • "More Flexible" with the Russians and then bending over for Crimea. (Corruption 101)
    • Fast and Furious (400 Mexicans Murdered, 2 U.S. Federal Officers Murdered)
    • IRS Conservative Attacks (IRS Used to Help Obama Campaign)
    • Iranian Cash Payoff (Corruption 102)
