That is not nor has it been the case. You are injecting a rediculous strawman to redirect the conversation away from the fact that Hisloserness benefitted from a technique he abhors. If he had real principles he would not have used information gained by methods he disaproved of. But of coarse, we all know that Chairman O'Bama has nothing the even closely resembles a principle.

According to the document that you just cited they could potentially and 'legitimately' execute said CIA agent. Waterboarding kinda' pales in comparison, no?

What youÂ’re saying is that the person would have "fessed up" without the discomfort that the water boarding would have brought? What a fat load of bull that is. You can just ask these guys something and get them to answer a question without some kind of retribution for no answerÂ…

I was honest, I thought where we draw the line and why would be an interesting tanget. but I dont honestly expect conservatives to be interested in that much introspection

Would you rather be waterboarded or executed?

Note that I don't condone torture or extra-judicial punishment but your question about CIA agents being waterboarded failed to hit the mark since the 'legal' available punishments far exceed waterboarding.

would I rather be waterboarded or have a chance to prove my innocence but risk death?

how does it go....give me liberty or pretend to drown me?
