We've Been Played Like a Fiddle

The sad part of all this Russia, Russia, Russia crap is we should be chanting the China, China, China threat. Both militarily and economically China is a bigger threat.

 

It's contained in the indictment. It was to sow discord and to undermine the confidence of the American people in our electoral system.

Right now we have one half of the Congress who will automatically and reflexively oppose anything the president does or proposes. Clearly, the issue doesn't matter. The facts don't matter. Logic doesn't matter. Only personal hatred, avarice, and revenge matter. There are even Republicans operating under those same impulses. And, we see it right here on this site, the same thing.

This weakens America. This paralyzes America. And that is the greater strategic goal of the Russians.

This toxic atmosphere is what they have been encouraging and fomenting. And we have fallen for it, hook, line, and sinker.

 

Mueller is going to pay their airfare and the Perpaganda Thirteen are going to show up for their trials in Swamptown, and get convicted, and get put in the pokey.

That will really scare the hell out of the Russians and they won't try to hack the mid-terms.

Meanwhile all the computer experts and hackers in all 17 government intelligence agencies have no idea what to do about it.

After their experience gained in 2016 the Russians will be better hackers in 2018.

Of course, the USA is above the fray and does not hack the elections of other countries or listen in on the phone calls of heads of state like Mama Merkel.

 

Congress was able to come together on one issue

Sanctions against Russia.

Will Trump enforce those sanctions now?

No real American would find the attack on democracy amusing. If you do not already reside in a basement somewhere in Moscow, you should consider doing so.

Then there's the possibility of the Chi-Comm's. Don't forget that it's estimated that at least 10% of the immigrants from China are infiltrated spies. Then there's the Russian Oligarch's criminals bent on bringing down America in the name of the "Rodina" that Putin is the leading.

 

Chinese trolls are operating with impunity in America only because they support Democrat globalist. If Chinese trolls were supporting Trump they would be outed right away. The Democrats believe that the internet is only for Americans and foreigners that agree with them.

 

All we hear is whine and moan.

Nobody in MSM says don't worry, our 17 intelligence agencies can and will handle this.

You can't possibly be shocked that advanced countries hack other countries.

The FBI has known about Russians trying to influence our elections FOR DECADES. Mueller is just trying to save face as he shuts down his investigation.

Fanatics are no longer able to hysterically lash out at the Trump Justice Department's Republican Special Counsel's investigation as a "Nothingburger!", "Fake News!", a "Witch Hunt!", or a "Hoax!"

Indictments, confessions, and a plethora of substantiated, detailed evidence have established the validity and necessity of his national security mission.

The democratic process of the United States was violated by a hostile foreign power, and that assault must take precedent over hyper-partisan desperation.

Trump Secretary of State, Republican Rex Tillerson, has warned that Russia is already trying to meddle in the 2018 midterm elections, and that the U.S. is inadequately prepared to counter that threat.

Trump CIA Director, Republican Mike Pompeo, also warned that Russia will almost certainly attempt to influence the 2018 midterm elections. “I have every expectation that they will continue to try and do that.”


It is time for hyper-partisans put America first.

 

We didn't need Russians do sow discord, we have the Democrat Party for that.

 

They like Trump because they've dealt with him for 20 years and he is firmly in their pocket. They also know that he's an utter gaping ******* who will hurt us FAR more than anyone else even if he is trying to help, which he is not.

I hope he does. With these indictments, with the goals of these suspects made public in the indictment, now is the time.

I am my own example. I have been luke-warm about these sanctions. I have been concerned about all the politics surrounding the whole issue. When politics outweigh all else, I become skeptical of everything because people who place politics above all else lie, and it's hard to know who or what to trust.

But these indictments have impacted my opinion. We have names, we have evidence that's been presented to a Grand Jury, and we have indictments. Particularly impactful to me is the statement of the goals of this Russian government operation. It makes sense. And we can see evidence of their efforts every day. And I would say that their espionage operation has been a whopping success.

So now we must learn and recognize and respond. We don't respond with bombs and tanks and missiles. We respond by renewing our commitment to our Country, our Constitution, and to each other. And we learn to treat each other as members of one big national family. Sure, we'll disagree, but we shall understand that we do not strengthen the family by ripping each other to shreds.

Get educated about real horrifying events taking place in the world, and leave the drama out of it!

 

The Democrats have a long history of collusion with the Russians. From Ted Kennedy to Barack Obama. They have similar politics and similar goals. They both want to see America fundamentally transform into a global socialist police state run by oligarchs out of Europe.

One minute they pay the clintons for speeches(bribes), the next minute they hate them.... makes no sense.

 

But it does make sense -- don't throw good money after bad.

 

As I said elsewhere on this thread, disagreement on issues is part and parcel of a democratic process. It's why votes are taken. We should celebrate our ability to do both - to disagree and to vote.

What we must not do - and what the Russians want us to do - is to allow that to degenerate into a toxic hate fest that paralyzes and weakens us. This sort of toxicity and weakness is the "discord" the Russians have been working to foment. If we succumb to it, we play their game, and they win.

The Trumpets have been played...and they'd rather move to Russia than admit it. Trump is owned by Russia, because they have the "pee" tape. But it's gonna be shown anyway, just to shame Trump and the Trumpets. Putin has nothing to lose now, so he's going to show the world what a moron Trump really is.

Well, on another thread, I just said to Lee Atwater that this is a wake up call. We have an opportunity here. What we do with it is on us.

 

I think people that believe the Pee story are totally brainwashed. It's perverted and stupid which is why they are prone to believe it. I see we have another Democrat that believes Putin is going to show the world how great he is and how stupid Trump is. Putin seems to be highly admired by the left these days.
