    A couple of things:

    1. If Biden or any other Democrat abandoned their path for one of least resistance they would lose my respect and support.
    2. The only way that the organizations you mention are able to see success is with support. And while you see their message as being one without merit, you must understand that people on the left share those views. So what you are coming up against is a mighty and powerful movement of Americans who are wanting the same thing. Unfortunately, you don't. And I don't hate you for it or want to belittle you for it - you simply have different views. I respect them. But I don't respect people who see opposing views as that of the 'enemy'. I don't respect people who regard those who believe differently as stupid or moronic or not capable of thinking for themselves. Especially in this country.

But I thought Trump was the man who could bust all of that up - be the one who could lead the country away from all of that.

You think than across the board coordinated propaganda efforts have no effect? The Soviets and Communist Chinese would have been startled to hear that since they also invested vast time and effort and economic resources into controlling their media outlets . . . just like the political Left has done inside the United States -- and for the same reasons.

Wow! I shouldn't be surprised if I see armed uprisings in November if that is the prevalent thinking of the right

It is not as though I view their views as the 'enemy'(besides, I find this a high and mighty approach to take for Democrats, given the Trump resistance. Or "OMG, Fox News is propaganda."). Indeed. it's stones thrown from an ivory tower. Rather, I do not see where in a supposed free and open democracy, conglomerates and special interest finance groups and universities which, rather than educate their students are now using their power to pivot society in a preferred political direction, our choice as citizens grows diminished completely.

We're not a "democracy" anymore then. Nor are we a Republic. We thereby live in an Oligarchic State. The Rich, the powerful and the connected.

I acknowledge they are a mighty and powerful movement of Americans. They however exhibit a 90% influence on the political system, when we all want the same equal 1% influence. And that influence, which then influences political leaders thereby makes open representation a laughing stock.

It's how Nancy Pelosi gets to be the SF Rep, despite doing absolutely nothing for the people of San Fransisco. Same thing with Maxine Waters.

The annoying thing about the Liberal way of life, is that Liberals are a MILLION times more stubborn than conservatives.(Since as a Liberal you want to throw the stones from the ivory tower, I can do the same.). If a conservative policy fails, there will be change in conservatism(See: Trump's very existence.)

On the flipside of this. Stimulus spending, interest choice groups, divided country. All the same things that led to the political collapse of 2012, is still the heart and soul of the Democratic Party. And Liberal voters see ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH IT. You still see this as the 'new America', though it is America by Sect only.

It is the Liberal faction of the Democratic Party, who today is more divisive than Donald Trump, and should we return to the policies of 2008-2016, if things fail(and I hope not, but if they do), what you'll have to answer to voters in 2024 is that we had 12 years of Liberalism, compared to only 4 years of Trump.

What would your defense be then, if a Biden progressive administration failed and there's only 4 years of Trump. How would you sway a conservative that your ineffective political party deserves to remain in control.

    I couldn't 'sway a conservative' - so I wouldn't try.

But I do have a question for you...if the Dems have all this money and power, how did Trump win (the electoral vote) in 2016. It sounds to me, from what you're saying, that the country is being run from the left. Did they simply 'let' him win? Clearly, he's now their puppet. So how did that happen?

What Are We Going to do About Schools?

The same thing we’ve been doing for the last 20 years. Bringing up the bottom.

I don't always do it. Your posts generally don't need any help in that regard.
