That would be illegal under the new ATF rules, because you could choose to shoulder fire that. The ATF chief got grilled by a congressional committee, and demonstrated he didn't know diddly about guns. He's just a Biden lackey.
Hey FatBack, you know how when a person drowns in Florida and they rot and float to the top? Well, '...the big lake it's said never gives up her dead...' In the Great Lakes the dead don't rot. Waters too cold.
Thanks for posting that Wild Bill Kelso. I have listen to this a few times now and it's sort of like hearing the aftermath of a train wreck on police scanner. Ten foot of freeboard in 18'-25' sea! The worst ride I ever been on was a crossing from cancun to Cozumel in 6'-8' on a 36' motorsailer, but that was in saltwater. Fresh water is denser than salt, so the waves get much steeper and closer together. I was land sick for three hours after I got off that boat. That was a hell ride for the M. Anderson I am sure. And the Coasties are asking Capt. Cooper to come about "If you think you can without hazarding your vessel"? I wish we had a recording of what the Anderson's crew were saying to each other off radio. I bet the first mate was chanting the ancient holy Buddhist mantra, "Oh Sxxx!, Oh Sxxx! Oh Sxxx! ...."
Right you are, the density of salt is about 2.2 times the density of water. But the fact remains that waves in fresh water are steeper and closer together.
Might be. Smaller area and less mass to move around. As to your question re: what they were saying in the Anderson's pilot house... My dad knew both captains and most of the mates. Suffice it to say that had the audio been on the national news, 95% would have been bleeped. Sailors, you know.
No they are, I been on both Superior and Michigan and also quite a bit of the Gulf of Mexico. In fresh water the waves start breaking at about a foot and a half high. A foot and a half sea in saltwater is nothing because the waves are further apart. Some people don't know that the Great Lakes have currents and sometimes very strong ones. That and the surface water temp off Milwaukee is only about 52 degrees today and it's been a warm summer so far. Not a safe place to be, if you end up in the water you won't last five minutes. In the Gulf of Mexico you can stop the boat and swim all day. Going out on the Superior is kind of like going to the core of the city, It is worse than being in the middle of nowhere, and you might get mugged by Mother Nature instead of a handsome man.
The upper three lakes are cold and deep - right now, Lake Erie at the Toledo crib is 64; Buffalo is 60.
Look at your average Democrat. They all believe only single shot muskets existed at the time the second amendment was written. The ATF thinks that they can just make up rules and suddenly it becomes a law
These dolts also conveniently overlook the fact that their phones didn't exist when the 1st Amendment was written.
I guess the government could force them to confess with electro-shock interrogation-that didn't exist back then, and electronic communications between co conspirators is not protected by the fourth amendment for the same reason. When you see gun banners making such claims, you know they do understand that the second amendment is a big old turd floating in the Gun banner punch bowl
