No fear. Any such action would result in a violent and bloody revolution. No politician has the stomach for that, and the People won't stand for it... not in the foreseeable future, anyway.

Thats because you're having a really serious problem reading the English language :)

I don't have a clue how to get you to understand the "of the person" do you actually need A name of the hypothetical PERSON to understand the law LMFAO :)

Hell here I'll make EVEN EASIER and I'll make up a name JUST FOR YOU :) Since it would be moronic to use a name over the PERSON to GENERALIZE and explain the law lets just go with the person making the transaction is

Isn't one of the justifications for the existence of the 2nd Amendment that it is to protect against a tyrannical government?

Yes. And, if one arose, there would be a bloody and violent revolution. Your hypothetical was that tyranny had already arisen, and that the tyrants were using the de-facto registry kept by the FFLs to confiscate guns. I doubt we'd ever get to that point.

You seemed to be saying that it would be a violent and bloody revolution specifically if the tyrannical government was confiscating guns. But are you saying it would be violent and bloody regardless of a tyrannical government's actions?

I don't believe the American people would allow real tyranny to arise here. But if it were to have any chance, disarming the people would be step one.

I will add to this to say that, we see who it is trying to disarm the people. Look no further to identify the proponents and enablers of tyranny.

You have to just laugh when they claim Trump was some kind of a tyrant or dictator, when there is a prominent push from their side to actually enact just that.
