so what is your scientific threshold that a fetus needs to process so to then to be determined a human being there for allotted the same rights as any other human has

noticed I said scientific I don't want law, I don't want ideology, I don't want opinion, I want a scientific marker a milestone that needs to be passed

No human being has a right to life sustained by, and inside of, another human being.

    doesn't answer the question
    off topic
but I will reply to anyways that person does when they are given consent to do so when a women gives consent for sex she is also giving consent to the possible consequences of having sex there for she gave consent for that fetus to be there

now this thread isn't about legal its is about science so either answer the question or open your own thread

No, it is precisely the topic, directly from the OP. The scientific milestone is birth.

No, that is only your justification for forcing a woman to suffer a dangerous physical process that permanently damages her body. It doesn't work in this case or in any other situation, because consent is ongoing.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

so what scientific mile stone is that that is just location

    - - - Updated - - -

not if it takes a life

consent cant be withdrawn retroactively a women cant have regrets for having sex the next morning retroactively withdraw consent for the sex the night before and claim rape

You ARE combining science and law when you post
"""scientific threshold that a fetus needs to process so to then to be determined a human being there for allotted the same rights as any other human has.

    Science doesn't "allot rights"

When the fetus can naturally live on its own accord out of the womb.

By that logic, parents can remove consent to pay child support bills. Nope! Not wanting to fulfill an obligation/responsibility doesn't give u the right to withdraw consent.

No, birth is more than "location." I suggest you study the birth process and what it entails.

Yes, parents CAN remove consent to pay child support and many do....

Giving birth is not an obligation or a responsibility....

Please explain the source/authority of your claim that a woman who becomes pregnant has an "obligation/responsibility" to continue a pregnancy.

    21 weeks then,
because that is the earliest surviving premature baby so a fetus after 21 weeks is then considered a human being and deserves the basic human rights as any other human being and abortion after 21 weeks would be murder

you want to argue law this isn't about law it is about science open your own dam thread if you want the topic to be about law and if you continue I will press the moderators to delete you post for being off topic and derailment

ok but the first the scientific milestone needs to be established before the second the law can be discussed

you need to now when the law applies before you debate the law

It's a woman's role. She created the fetus, and thus she has the responsibility to continue the pregnancy.

Maybe you should clarify the topic which combines the science of physical milestone and the law of allotted rights, then.

Where's the law that says that?

(and I don't accept YOUR "law"...)

Since the medical scientific consensus at present does not even acknowledge the presence of soul, it is incompetent to say any human being at any stage of development is devoid of soul. This being the case, no such threshold exists, and justice demands that we deem the life of a human being to begin at conception.

If sex yielded that which you call a "dangerous process that permanently damages her body", then she should have kept her legs crossed.

Ya, but like billions of humans before her , she didn't and since she broke no law and ONLY consented to having sex NOT having a baby she has every right to have an abortion....,
